The atmosphere was very pleasant and clean. The server was on point and attentive. All the food was cooked well with the exception of the fries cod. It was rubbery. Had it taken off the bill after the manager approved it. Will give it another go next time. Service Dine in Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My husband and I have ate at several Red Lobsters across the country, we absolutely love the food, the drinks and the vibes the staff usually give. But this by far was not just the worst Red Lobster we have ever been to, but the worst restaurant in general…. The floor was very filthy, the bathroom was disgusting, Our food was mediocre, our service was horrible, our waiter didn’t come around much, we never received our salads that came with our meal and when we told the waiter he shrugged and handed us our receipt. This was a Sunday evening and there might have been 6 other tables in the whole restaurant occupied. Just a horrible experience. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Cesar salad had so much dressing I couldn't eat more than 10%. Lobster fries were too rich/too much sauce, almost no crab, and looked nothing like advertisment. Waitress was really nice though. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

This was a bust for me. I usually love to eat at Red Lobster, but the salmon I was served was tasteless and pretty bland-looking, the broccoli was wet through, like soaking, and they didn't even remember to put butter on the biscuits. Maybe their cook was having an off day, or they are just concentrating on lobster fest right now, but even their lobster tank looked cloudy and not very fresh. I would definitely give this one a miss. Service was great, but even so, the $45 bill for 1 person was pretty high, especially considering the lackluster quality. The local restaurant was fine. But the corporation doesn't want my business anymore. Every time we go, the prices are higher and they give you less. Smaller or fewer sides, salad not included. The Cheddar Bay biscuits are smaller, more like prepackaged, not as buttery. Fewer shrimp on the shrimp your way. Just cheaper. I think we'll make our own going forward. I am obsessed with seafood. So I ordered in. The service was expedited. My snow crab was okay just a little cold. My pasta was very wet and not creamy like a normal pasta sauce. I could actually pour off the sauce. Just say I had leftovers and that is not me. Update: The restaurant did send me a gift card for 30.00 when I originally spent 39.00. But that is better than nothing. I must say the food was amazing this time. I ordered from a different location FM 1960 Houston Texas. I ordered the Alaskan Salmon with a Potatoes and Broccoli. Also two bowls of Lobster Bisque Soup with added Crab Meat and some complimentary cheddar biscuits. The customer service was great! The Salmon was perfectly cooked and my soup was loaded with additional crab meat. We are on the same page! We can now be friends again! Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Had steak & Lobster & you can pick any 2 sides too. And Are server was excellent.he kept are peach teas full & attention to are attention at all times. While he was doing the same thing to others customers at other tables. Also I noticed the other waiters & waitresses were talking care of all the customers as well. As a seafood lover, a cook and a fan of Red Lobster. This spot was by far the worst I've visited. The food was not good at all, fish tasted old, not cooked properly and under season. No care taken at all. The presentation was sloppy, fingerprints all over the plate, seam like the food fell on the plate and ready to serve an animal. Love flagstaff but red lobster there is an embarrassment to the other red lobsters i have been. I should have gone to Olive Garden next door. I placed an online order and one of my drinks on the order is a margarita. When I get to the restaurant I am informed that per the restaurant’s liquor license to go alcohol is not allowed per the store’s license. I have no issue with that. My issue is with the manager saying that since it is an online order there is nothing that can be done to refund the charge for the margarita. Service Take out
