I didn't catch the name of the waitress but she was AMAZING. It seemed as if she was the only person outside of the kitchen and she still had the time to check in on us and be kind. That poor girl needs a RAISE! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came in to celebrate daughters birthday and everyone got their food except me, for another 15 mins, and then never got offered anything else to drink after my cup was empty for 20 mins. Very disappointed with the whole restaurant altogether. Will not be back.

Sadly this was probably my last visit to RL. Started out by trying to seat us directly next to the entrance, asked for a different table and moved us one over, still next to the door and under a really REALLY bright light. There are TOO MANY tables squeezed into that space! Tried to just make the best of it but our server was inattentive and my guest & I's simple fish & chips took over an hour to come out. The food was great! Hadn't been in a long time! Service was eh. Had to keep asking our waitress for things, she didn't bus the table until we were ready to go. My boyfriend did NOT like the lemonade and we still got charged for his! I didn't even drink it bc I thought it was being taken off the bill. But his steak was cooked perfectly!!
