Food was great and very little wait time. Waiter, Michael, was very attentive and professional with a smile. A manager even stopped by to make sure I was happy with what I ordered. Made me feel like they really appreciated me as a customer!! Don't see that too much nowadays. It was very simple to order on line. They didn't require a book of paperwork too fill out. Tracking the order was spot on some places requiring a lot off refreshing of the page and doesn't keep the correct time when your order is ready. My past experience ordering online for other restaurants are very frustrating sometimes resulting in me giving up. Kudos to you Red Robin, for keeping it simple and delicious! Went here with the partner, and no one was there. Almost two other tabels are all I the entire place. Got seated as soon as we came in but he had to stop playing on his phone to help us. Then our waitress was right over (piper) and she was nkce but said she had not had a table for 30-40 minutes, so expected great service. She got the drink order and got those out to us, took our food order. Came out with our food, and then we had to wait about 15 minutes to see her again while she stood and talked to the what looked liked the manager to ask for more fries. She brought out one basket for the two of us . Then she brought us another set of drinks about 5 minutes later. After that she came and took plates bit never asked if we needed more fries cause it was not like we were served a lot either time. Then we never saw her again, so maybe 5 times, I guess, in the 35 or so minutes we were there. The food was tasty, just the burgers were dripping eith greese, so I would say not really planning on another trip, but you never know. Challengers of Oklahoma came in tonight to eat various of food. Great food and selections to eat. Very comfortable cool setting to eat, drink & laugh. Definitely coming back. Tulsa Chargers, Challengers, & Mopar came in tonight after minicruise. We ordered drinks, food, & laughs, giggles with each other. Food was great, one mixed drink wasn't at par but fixed right away with a member. Great place chill, relax , & wind down.

This Red Robin was absolutely delicious. I work at the Red Robin in Norman Oklahoma, and when I came in, I was happy to see that the Red Robin here had the same layout same table numbers and everything as my Red Robin. It was like being home away from home. Food was absolutely amazing. Our server was absolutely amazing although I don’t quite remember her name. We sat at table 66 so in case they see this we would like to shout her out, also thank you Matt the shift supervisor for taking such great care of us. We will happily return to this location when we are back in town again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great food and location. Definitely kid friendly as we had 10 with us that day. Our server was SUPER attentive and made sure the kids had something to snack on as soon as we sat down. Everything was absolutely amazing! It was the BEST Red Robin burger that I have ever had! I also had excellent service. I ate at a booth in the bar area a little after opening on a Sunday. The gentleman who served me said it was his first week but I would have never known. I was extremely impressed with the service. I ordered the sautéed ‘shroom. Oh my goodness!! It was so good! Honestly, I had avoided eating at Red Robins for quite some time because I had been disappointed by the food. However, this experience changed my mind. For my beverage, I ordered the freckled lemonade to drink. It was pretty good but the strawberries kept plugging the straw. The sautéed ‘shroom burger though …. 🤤🤤❤️! Table for four and everything was perfect. This best part of the meal was Cheyenne, she is the bar tender/server. Red Robin should make her a training manager

I had a BBQ whiskey burger. It was amazing! UPDATE: EVEN BETTER THIS TIME! 2ND update: Stick with coming for around noon to 7pm otherwise colder food. I would also like to comment that we had a WAY better waitress this time. Thanks RR!
