First off our server Amanda was super awesome and friendly. Was very kind towards my kiddo and even gave her a small orange. She was always super nice and friendly and on top of everything! Owner came around too and was very kind too. Whatever your doing keep it up. Haven't been to Red Robin in a long time. We visited during happy hour on a Friday. Hardly busy. Hannah was our server and we met Brian the General Manager. Both super awesome. I had a $4 strawberry margarita. Also ordered a tavern burger and my husband ordered a whisky burger. The fries are endless. The onion rings are good-- not the onion rings that you take a bite and the whole onion comes out--instead the onion rings that are perfectly cooked and crunchy with no after effects. Tv was on at the bar and music too. But wasn't so loud you couldn't talk. Which is great. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice place and really good good. Great services. Randall is a great server!! Tycoon burger is extremely awesome, and bleu ribbon burger is also awesome. If you tried the tycoon burger first then other burgers will not taste as good as they are!!! Little pricy but overall me and my brother love this place!!!! We went to Red Robin’s for the first time today and I am so so impressed! The service was amazing! We had a party of 14 (7 being kids) and they took such great care of us. They brought us out fries to keep the kids happy since we had to wait being such a large party. They were so friendly. The food was pretty good too. We have had great experiences dine in and take out. Brian the GM really made our last take out experience top notch! It is that great food with excellent customer service that keeps us going back. Tried the Avo Cabo salad this time instead of a burger and it was really good. Have not tried a bad thing yet. Unfortunately another poor service and food taste at this location. Started off great as the manager actually greeted and then sat us, engaged in casual and friendly conversation before handing us over to our server who was not really attentive throughout service and didn't check in often enough to prevent frustration on our end. Ordered online, order 100% correct and ready on time. Nice feature to be able to track progress. Brought out to the car at the estimated time. Food was fresh, hot and well packaged. We haven’t visited this location in over a year due to the food quality. Today was a reminder why. The best part was our Fried Pickles. The food was far from being worth $90 ticket. We came into celebrate my daughter’s birthday and were placed into a corner in the bar. She’s 14! The both was not the cleanest but I was trying to not be picky. The entire bar area was dirty. Stuff on the ground and very loud from the workers. The bar tender kept dropping glasses and complaining and gossiping with co workers. Again, trying to be grateful as I know times are different. Our food came - some was over cooked, cheese not melted, onion ring batter not fully cooked and mushy. Overall just a terrible experience. Being my daughter’s birthday I didn’t want to embarrass her and complain - I probably should have. Sweet Tea tasted more like sugar water, all Drinks were mostly ice, would have to ask the waitress/bartender for things - some she got - others she would forget, like extra napkins. The table behind us complained and they left without paying the bill. It was a good reminder why we never visit this location anymore. We got there around 8 PM (mind you they close at 10). I'm not sure if it was because of our little ones or what happened, but our server ignored us for about 10 minutes, after she brought our drinks and we ordered we were completely forgotten again. She passed by us many times and never checked in on us. We called her over for refills after waiting a while. After she brought our food, she forgot one of our sides and promised she would be back. Surprise she didn't. We asked again and she just rapidly said that she would remove it from our check even though we still wanted it. After we finished our fries and we called her over for more, before letting us talk she flipped the screen over for the payment machine ready to check us out when all we wanted was a refill on our drinks and water. So frustrated! The manager kindly gave us a discount but we barely got a second round of our fries, and continued to be ignored even though she only had one more table. I understand (as a server myself) that perhaps she was tired, but I belive that maybe you should give the same quality service throughout your shift. So disappointed. In recent years, many RRs have removed our favorite food items from the menu, like the clam chowder. My kids used to love RR because of the interaction they had with the kids. Now, the free balloon is the only thing they like about it. Any time we needed something at our table, we had to literally reach out and get our waitress' attention or ask someone to send her over.
