I have eaten two beef meals at the Regent. The most recent was the twice-cooked beef stew. This is a thing of beauty - perfect, melt-in-the-mouth beef with lots of rice and vegetables. The prior meal was a spicy Sichuan beef soup. It tasted great, but was a little messy.
