Pizza, although it has nothing to do with italian pizza, was a very nice surprise.
Thin, crispy with good quality ingredients. Will come back.

Friendly happy staff, fast service, great food! Very tasty and good quality toppings on pizza. Child friendly. Giant tv for kids to watch while waiting for food. Will deffinitely go there again! Casual but clean. Felt comfortable and welcome there after a day at the beach with the kids! Gluten free and lactose free options for pizza ans grillspett.
If we could give them a zero star we would. We were excited about the menu and arrived seating ourselves. We went there for röding and seafood planka. We were told they had no more seafood (Friday evening - few guest there) and the röding would take to long to cook before the kitchen closed. We were there at 19:30 pm on a Friday. Röding takes tops 10 minuter to cook. Then we were told all they have is pizza and oxfile (which takes longer to cook then röding). For a place with so little guests they should have provided us with better service. This place might as well close, never again!
Terrible. Firstly, we waited one and a half hours for our food. Secondly, food was not what was written on the menu - "skaldjur pasta" is seafood pasta, but when it came, it only had pasta, cream, and prawns, and "oxfile på planka" was wildly overcooked. There were no apologies/reasoning for the terrible experience by the staff, and we ended up paying full price for everything without any compensations. Never coming back.
Amazing atmosphere, ambience, delicious food, good hospitality. Nice view.

Shoddy place. Reeks of many years of food preparation without renovating. The dining area desperately needs a make over, it's connected to some dance hall / stage area that looks like absolute dog poo. The woman behind the bar in the almost empty dining hall couldn't bother less although we came in a group of five. She casually told us that the kitchen wasn't open yet (11:45!) but that we could order cold food or wait till 12. Prices were very salty and would fit in a fine dine somewhere in Stockholm rather than this tourist trap in Lysekil. We ordered "Todays fish", Mussels and a couple of Angus burgers. After a HEFTY wait, the three Angus burgers arrived way overcooked. Grey, dry and uninspiring. Todays fish arrived without the sauce, and it took three contacts with the said bar maid to finally get it, 15 minutes after the fish arrived. The mussels were actuallly pretty tasty, but had 15-20 dead ones in the casserol which makes you wonder if they even bothered looking for them before serving. Pro tip: Save your cash for another place, this is just disappointing. Sad, because it has great potential with its location overlooking the sea and a nice terrace outside which were too hot to sit on due to no sun covers actually deployed.
