For us, it was the best food on the island. The chef is lovely and cooks everything fresh from scratch according to what she has (we had different fresh fish, dry fish, shrimps…) from the market. She makes also the best fried spring rolls on the spot, a delicious pho and her cocktails are also very tasty. She also speaks English and we had a great time talking with her after food with a tea. We came for dinner almost every night during our stay in Cat Ba. The owner really cooks everyhing herself at the moment and is flexible to change any recipe based on your requests. Ingredients are so fresh, she even invited me to go and get crab at the local fisherman which was great experience. You won't only get good food but a very warm and welcoming environment. Tolles Restaurant! Sehr gutes Essen! (Mitunter eines der besten auf der Insel) Auch wenn man dort nicht wohnt (bei uns war es ausgebucht) kann man super zum Essen vorbeikommen. Sehr nette Köchin. Service top, Ambiente top, Essen super :) Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
