Don't be fooled by the fancy looks of the restaurants on the riva, because although a bit hidden as it is not on the front beach line, Taverna is an absolute gem and a must visit in Petrovac if you want proper grill. Portions are very generous, prices are reasonable and staff is friendly and create a home like atmosphere. We ordered Menu 1. We got big tomato salad (a little bit lack of taste) and tasty Leskovacka muckalica (mućkalica is a Serbian dish, a stew made of roasted meat and vegetables) with potato puree.
