Delicious food at a reasonable price. The service was a little inattentive. However, this did not limit our stay is recommended.

Clean plates all around. I’m relatively new to eating out around Paraguay in general but we was in at 12:30, ordered, food arrived 12:33. I had the spaghetti with meat, really tender and lovely. My partner had the meat in batter? I think. Her meat was okay, and our 3rd to the party had the nioccis (my spelling is terrible sorry) but he loved this too. We would recommend the pitstop at this lovely rustic venue. I wish I had a photo for you to see if the food but it all happened so fast!
On a side note, the people here were lovely!
Had dinner here and would definitely recommend this place. Ate here twice and both times were great.

We visited Don Pablo on Sunday, July 2, 2023. We were VERY disappointed in the entire visit. Of course it was crowded as it frequently is on Sundays. We entered and waited on someone to direct us to a table--no one ever greeted us. Eventually my wife went looking for a waiter while I waited at the entrance. She eventually found a waited who directed her to a table in a corner of the air-conditioned room. We waited for 20 minutes and no one visited our table or even stopped by to check on us. HORRIBLE service! After attempting to call several waiters to our table, we chose to leave. Even as we rose to leave, there was no attempt to speak to us or ask how our visit was. It seems Don Pablo wants the folks to visit but once there, there is either no culture of customer service or they intentionally understaff with waiters (to save money?). Either way, it was a really bad experience and one we won't attempt to repeat.

Good place to have tasty food. I don't give it 5 stars because the service was messy. I don't know if they were short on staff tho. Parrillita is recommended for lunch, and to drink strawberry juice.

Very nice, tasty, friendly, beautiful garden with playground - nice for kids. Desserts were tasty, the coffee OK. Calm and green. The personnel friendly.
Really nice food if you are looking for traditional Paraguayan food or food from the southern cone. Prices are reasonable as well. My kids really enjoyed the food! I wasn’t a big fan of tallarines when I was a kid but I tried what they ate and it was delicious!
I read some comments stating the meat was tough to chew, but keep in mind that meat cuts and the fact that meat is always made “well done” plays a role in the texture even though the flavor is nice.
We had Bife de Chorizo, Polo Grillo and an ensalada mixto. The beef was as tough as a shoe, but at least it was eatable with a lot of effort (my chewing muscles need to relax!). The chicken on the other hand, was mostly raw on the inside and would have been dangerous to eat, so we returned a part of it.
After I hadn't found a beer that I liked on the menu, the waiter showed us what they have, and there was some Stella that they didn't show in the menu, so at least that was good.
When the waiter came to bring the check he started his sentence with "disculpa me..." so i already thought the food is going to be free because we complained, unfortunately he was only saying sorry that they can't print the bill nor the factura because their cashing machine is broken, so we paid the whole amount he told us and left.
It was semi good meat and there is decent buffet. Price is very affordable and especially the buffet price is very good! There is seating indoor and outdoor..
