The reception attention needs to be much better. We asked for a room close to estuary and they didn't give us there because there were no room available, however in front me other person came and they gave that person a room on the estuary side. The room's shower and sink jet were not working well, almost no water. However, the people at the restaurant were very nice.

It's supposed to be a nice resort, the resort looks nice, but when she gets to know and have a system works in it, it's not a first class resort of what you pay for you had to find your ownders they have bartenders that didn't have wait says what you're. Out of at the dinner buffet, there is over 40 people and 3 waitresses, and then you're pretty much on your own. This is like outrageous, the place is nice looking, but the service the people try as much as they can. There's not many of them, and the people that are here are working. It's very hard to make a good, they don't have enough people, so it's not their flut. It's the people that managers place. That don't Higher enough people that should have. They should have more people to serve the amount of people no matter if it's a bad day or a good day, businesses of this class of businesses is a good day or bad day, you still have to have the same amount of service everyday which you never know what's gonna show up. Mr. Rivera Josue. Was very Highly qualified and he made the rest of the evening goes best that he could and my daughters were having a good place. I come on vacation with my family to have a family vacation. When you come until resort, you feel like everybody's supposed to help. And no one helps in this place. But he did help me as much as he can. Thank you, Jose Rivera.

Food, well they give you 2 hrs to eat if you don't make it on time you will have to buy it.
Service, well I asked for toilet paper 2 times that I had to go to reception walking and I mention walking because the beach is on one end and the nice place to eat is at the other end where you find the reception is like a 1/4 mile walking from one end to the other if you go to the beach 2 times in one day that's a mile without counting the time you go to find food. I don't know about the admosfire well the confusion when you get there early you can't get food or drinks or a waiting room with a/c while check in time is due, I only like the pictures I took.

Service was excellent but the meat was tough and chewy. We even went with his recommendation of the most expensive they had, the rib eye which was loaded with fatty parts that were not edible. Looked great but overall a bit disappointing for 30 bucks each. Wine was good, nice selection. We had a nice red for a reasonable price.
I signed up for a club membership before experiencing this piece of work. This hotel has not been maintained and who eats hot dog weenies for a snack!? Gross! No vegetarian options whatsoever!

The food veries , some days its different sea food but they do have meat, pasta, salads. The meals are plentiful. Soups buffee style or you can order from a menu. My wife and i are members and have been going a year now. My wife usually eats the salad, i eat the meat,pasta chicken and some fish, depends onthe fish.
