Went to check out some live music, good ambience and tried their tostones, good stuff all around. However the service is very slow on some occasions, the owner needs to improve on that. It seems that all the waiters take care of all the tables instead of having areas with 2 or 3 waiters per area, this makes it so there is a lot of confusion when ordering things.

I had probably the worst ever service experience at this restaurant today. My family went for my grandmothers birthday and what started as a joyful lunch quickly turned sour. To start off we waited 20 minutes to get our drinks. 1 hour later we still don’t have our food and our waiter has given us no word of what is going on with our order. Finally we ask and he lets us know that he forgot to input the orders into the system. He did not seem apologetic at all and simply walked away. We received 1 of the dishes out of the 12 ordered within the next 20 minutes. Finally after almost 2 hours of waiting we received some more of the food. After everyone was half way through their meal the waiter lets us know that they are sold out of the octopus because we took too long to order??!!!! This was the tipping point as we had been here two hours and this was totally his fault for not placing the order correctly. He then said that he could give us a compensation but it would have to come out of his wallet to try and make us feel bad. We spoke with the manager and got only a 15% discount very horrible service and the food is not that great either.

One of the better beachfront restaurants in SJDS. Top points for very attentive service, better quality of food, and comfortable dining chairs. Not too loud like some of the others. Very clean. They could do better than frozen french fries, tho =)

My food was great but I really felt like it could have been better. I prefer my food streaming hot off the stove and that just didn't happen this time. Otherwise I had a great time the place itself was pretty chill

This is a really good restaurant. Waiters there make you feel so comfortable(my favorite part)! I ordered a shrimp and lobster ceviche which was delicious. It was a little bit expensive as a main dish though.
This restaurant is located right by the main beach of San Juan Del Sur. It was one of the most noticeable restaurants on the main street by the beach.
The price is definitely on the higher end compared to some other local restaurants near by but it isn’t excessive.
The service was top notch. The server: made sure I had every thing that I needed at all times. When I visited, the restaurant was not too busy so there were many servers just standing at the back.
The food was fine. Nothing out of ordinary but everything was above average.
I also liked that they have live musicians playing from time to time.
Fabulous meal on the beach! The whiskey lobster was fabulous but the ribeye was exquisite! It was a Friday night and it had a fantastic band from nearby Rivas. The waiter came over and was nice enough to ask us if the volume was okay. It was fine but that's a really nice gesture. Awesome place!
Daniel the manager did nothing to correct or even showed remorse or concern about the horrible food, service and overpriced food. We asked "server" about the chicken wings costing 320C, +-$8.75 US said no thank you. They were brought to our table anyway, when we said we didn't want them, the server made it out that he couldn't take them back. We ended up taking them as he wouldn't let is go. The overcooked, cardboard tasting and less than par wings we all decided to share the cost on were not even worth the effort to chew. When we asked for the manager, Danial, said he couldn't do anything. I would recommend McDonald's over this tourist trap and probably the worst restaurant in SJDS. Will never go back as i am a resident here and will NEVER GO BACK!! Do not waste your money here when there are so many other restaurants that actually care for their customers. This place is one of the worst in my experiences of dining ever, in any country.

The best spot to watch the waves. The food is very good, as usual. They recently freshened up the interior, and always the waitstaff are super friendly and attentive. 👏The weekend live music is a lot of fun. 😊
