I regret to inform you about the profoundly disappointing experience my family and I had at the restaurant "Jūrmala"(in the Hotel Jūrmala Spa) on November, 3. Our anticipation for a delightful dining experience, particularly given the establishment’s reputation and the premium cost associated with the meals, was met with extreme dissatisfaction and utter dismay. One of the main courses ordered, the steak, which happens to be among the most expensive items on the menu, was egregiously mishandled. Regrettably, the meat was boiled rather than prepared to the requested doneness, greatly compromising the expected quality and taste. What compounded our disappointment was the response we received upon bringing this matter to the attention of the administrator. The complete lack of concern and loyalty to resolving the issue was disheartening. There was no offer to rectify the meal or even a gesture to remove the dish from the bill. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction tarnished what should have been an enjoyable evening. It is truly disheartening that such a reputable establishment failed to meet even the most basic standards of service recovery and customer care. Consequently, our evening was marred by this unfortunate incident. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the failure to rectify the situation cast a shadow on what should have been a pleasant dining experience. Regrettably, based on this visit, I cannot recommend restaurant "Jūrmala" to others seeking a satisfactory dining experience. Very good but Google maps has opening hours till 21:00 (false, openntill 22:00) and non working phone number Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice atmosphere, cozy, service is okay. However, food is below average. Tom yum soup is awful, ramen with chicken is average and pasta bolognese lacks sauce and flavor. Wherever you would go with the family of 4 in Jūrmala, you would pay 40-70€/dinner, that is the reality. However, this restaurant gives the great quality of food and the exceptional service, which make the your dinning experience worth double the price you pay.
