Absolutely LOVE this place. The music is lit. Everyone is so friendly. The bartender, Adam, was on point all night, and my server, Rayyan, was just queen of the floor, taking care of everything with calmness and a pleasant attitude. Highly recommend a visit, whether you're local or international. Looking forward to trying the sushi next time I'm in town. I hear it's fire.

Before, you should get rid of many social restrictions underway puffing away daily concerns.
As well prepare for a vibrant stay amidst noisy and smoke-rich place.
If Smokiphobe like me, do not hesitate to ask staff turn on there kitchen ventilation tunnel. Ask to activate ”Shaffaatah”!
Avoid terms like: Venta, Air circulation etc, they might leave the waiter’s willingness; a mere “I-don’t-understand” smile! and you, with a smile expressing a feeling of a bit frustration.
As in other parts of the world, Alcohol needs a journey through stomach, where it is lifted directly to the control center, in your head. Please be seated and un-“fasten belt”.
When start gazing on “Wine improve with age… I improve with wine” and wonder who improves how, know that escalation completed, cruise starts and staff could serve tinny meals and beverages.

We couldn’t tell from the sidewalk, but inside was a bustling and modern bar, pub, and hookah lounge. They were playing good funky music (like Chicago), had an extensive bar by any global standard, a good list fo wines and beers, and served delicious food including American fare, hummus, and falafel. It was nearly full on a Saturday night. We were given a bar snack made of large corn (I forgot to ask what it’s called). They do take credit card (not sure why google denies this) and speak good English. It is within walking distance of the Walled off Hotel (full of Banksy art) in Bethlehem.
Fair prices good alcohol variety and great young atmosphere, the place has steps and is not a wheelchair accessible.
We didn't try the food,but looks like they have a nice collection of dishes.
Is is possible to smoke inside, and they also have Hooka/Nargila
My favourite place in the Bethlehem! Amazing food and drink! All the staff give the best service and I've got to say Adham was amazing on the cocktails and reccomendations for the city! 100% reccomend Rewind

To be fair it had just opened so was very quiet… they have “ sushi” on Saturday and Sunday, I’m sure there burgers are fine ….
