Ordered online and the pickup time was 15 minutes. We showed up after 20 minutes and was told it was almost ready, which was totally fine. After watching four different people come into the store, order, and get there food, I went to ask about my food. It was 30 minutes of waiting. I was told that we were just waiting on sweet and sour sauce and that our food was ready, which was in a bag that had been sitting on their counter for at least 20 minutes. I just told them we don’t need the sauce and finally got our food, which was cold and soggy since it had been sitting there for so long. The food itself is great, I just wish they would’ve communicated a little better on the status of our food. I probably won’t be coming back just for the wait and frustrating experience. I also felt bad because there were two door dashers that were waiting on orders to deliver and were not being paid because the store is so slow. The food is very good and unlike other restaurants, they have a good meat to veggie balance. Also their food is not as salty and greasy as most other Chinese places. I ordered delivery and never had a problem with anything missing or not tasting amazing. Highly recommend. I absolutely LOVE rice wok ! My family and I have been coming here for over 10 years and they're easily my favorite take out ! The food is always great quality and taste as well as great staff ! We purchased our large amount of food for New Years Eve the food was ok then the food went bad that same night the food became soggy and had a horrible smell to it, I called the restaurant and the guy had the audacity to say that I was saying theses things to get free food I have never felt more disrespected than I did on that call with the guy. We had to throw the food away. Please be careful on what you’re eating. Horrible service horrible food and horrible customer service. Stopped in for the first time. They serve your typical Chinese takeout menu. I ordered the Orange Chicken and paid extra for the Lo Mein. The food was really good. The noodles were a little thinner than I prefer, but overall I was satisfied. The food was cooked fresh and was a large portion size. Always fast. Always friendly. Take a menu home and order using the menu item number, it goes really fast. Their time estimate is usually long so you can go in before the full 20 minutes or so and your food will most likely be ready. It is on the east side of the street. Portion sizes are pretty big for how much you pay. I recommend this place for fast, plentiful, non-gourmet Chinese food. See my pictures of what we ordered.

The orange chicken with ham fried rice is delicious! The orange chicken is different than your typical orange chicken in all the best ways!!! It is one of the best. The portions are fantastic for the price! The food has gone up in quality and flavor!! Great American Chinese food at decent prices. The food is cooked to order, is fast, and the restaurant was very clean. There is not much room for dining in, 10 high top seats and a table with 8 chairs.

Date of Visit: 4/9/2019 OVERVIEW - 4.75 Came here on a whim as my wife and I were driving down State Street in Orem. LOCATION - 5 They actually have a great location there in Orem on State Street, however, it can be real easy to miss if you're not looking or using a GPS. It's found inside a strip mall. PRICE - 5 I found their prices comparable to other Chinese Food. I think in the end the plate I ordered was $7.25 (Lemon Chicken). PRODUCT/SERVICE - 4 I ordered the Lemon Chicken dish with fried rice. I did order it to go. My wife ordered a Walnut Shrimp and for our daughter we ordered the Sweet N' Sour Chicken. They were all good. The one thing that I found interesting was the cashier told me that Lemon Chicken is made with Sunny D, and as I ate the Lemon Chicken, I could really taste the Sunny D. POINTERS/PERKS - N/A There are probably some pointers, but don't know what they would be. EMPLOYEES - 5 The cashier was friendly and was rather patient with us as we looked over the menu. He also knew the menu inside and out, as we asked questions he pointed on the menu were items were.
