Great atmosphere had some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. I came back three or four times on a weeklong trip. Tried everything from meatloaf to dinner salads everything was wonderful. Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

My first time visiting ROAM Kitchen and really enjoyed the experience! The setting is very inviting and calm, and the booths are very comfortable to sit in. I ordered the Bison Burger and it did not disappoint. I've had bison before in the Hills at a different restaurant and that was very dry, so I'm super happy that this burger was juicy and tasty. The side of potatoes was absolutely perfect, salted and cooked just right. Our server was pleasant and always checked on us. Will definitely visit again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ordered take out vegetarian options. Small portions but well cooked and seasoned. The veggie puree side was really good. We had a private party there with approximately 30 people and there was being a lot of money spent there all drinks and dinner was paid for by the host of the party. They took her order for the food and it took over an hour and a half for them to bring us our food after placing a order. So the drinks were paid for by the host of the party like I mentioned earlier. So people were drinking slightly more than I should have because they're waiting for their meal and one couple was asked to leave because his fiance had a little too much to drink but was not causing problems. Another gentleman had a little too much to drink and it was obvious but he was not causing any issues and he was cut off of the alcohol. So due to the fact it took them so long to service center and they were free drinks and everybody was on the empty stomach and the host of the party was spending whatever amount that was charged due to whatever the party wanted. Yes people drink a little too much waiting for their food but they weren't causing problems and were treated poorly due to the negligence on the kitchen staff or manager I don't know. We end up leaving because we're tired waiting and ended up going buying burgers. Today my friend took his wife out there for Valentine's dinner and I warned him not to but he did it anyways and then he text me and said it was the worst service and he would never go back there again and they did not like the food as well and it took a long time to get served. Both parties were willing to spend whatever amount that the bill come to and was treated poorly. I believe that is kind of sad. I have been treated better at fast food restaurants all over then this place. I was highly disappointed and my best friend was highly disappointed as well.
