Been down here 3 times to get stocking stuffer gifts for my employees. Sign says you open at 10 am. Was here at 10:30am on Saturday and it is now Sunday 11:40am and both days the store is closed. I wanted to pick up 22 boxes of chocolates at $25-$30 a box for my staff. You do the math on what was lost from just one sale this weekend. Not count every other sale missed. I know I would not be the big spender on a Christmas weekend. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

To the owner of the Rocky Mountain Chocolate in Laughlin. My husband and I chatted with you at your Las Vegas shop at a casino shortly after the casinos reopened after Covid. We told you we were from Bullhead City, AZ. We talked about your shop not open in Laughlin as you couldn't find any help. You asked me if I wanted to work for you. I wasn't able too. Since I met you in person, I feel you should know what I witnessed today at your shop. As I walked in, there was a couple in the store already. There were 3 girls behind the counter located by the opening that goes to the back. They were laughing outrageously at each other over what one of them said. They were positioned in a way that us customers could see their faces and make eye contact. I was looking to buy a box of assorted dark chocolates. I looked at all the items on the shelves with the boxed chocolates. I then started looking at the chocolates in the cases. I heard the couple say they are ignoring us, I don't want to buy anything now. I glanced at the girls talking and laughing, not acknowledging any one of us. I asked the couple as they turned to leave if they were even noticed. They said yes and walked out. I looked at the girls, still talking and laughing. I could see their faces, they had to see me. I also walked out. I'm sorry to say that store lost two sales tonight. 😔

It is well stocked good selection and it looks great BUT I would stay away from the Caramel apples. I bought 2 now and won't buy another unfortunately. The first one was not bad a little soft but the second one was very soft and mushy the stick didn't even stay in. I think they must give it too long of a shelf life not good especially when you are paying almost 10.00 an apple

The owner was in today and she was fantastic. We got to watch her make some fudge, and then we got some samples of it right off the table! Safe to say that we bought some afterwards as well. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful spot to grab some of the best, delicious chocolate around! Conveniently located near the casino & movie theater. Had to pick some up for my daughters birthday. So yummy! Great experience. All so prompt & courteous. Thank you!!

OMG....Rocky Road Carmel Apple is to die for. I also purchased fudge, peanut butter walnut fudge, and fudge with walnuts in it. Got 1 pound and sent 1 pound to the troops, that was a send our troops fudge promotion going on, I really hope the troops get the fudge. The prices are on the high end but, it's a once in a while treat..so go and treat yourself, it's worth it.

Great chocolate, they have treats for your doggies and different flavored apples. Nice and clean and helpful employees. Have to make it a go to visit spot.
