The pizza dough is completely raw. After phoning romans pizza and spoken to Osman the manager. I explained to him my medical condition, I don't have a colon anymore, I am a cancer patient. If any problems for surgery due to obstruction causes in the bowel because of the raw pizza dough or if any other problems rise up I will definitely sue this branch, as the Manager cannot even sort this out and said I have to talk to Mr D about this after the Manager send me his personal number and asked me to send a picture, I did that and send him a video and still he cannot resolve the problem. I am very upset about how this is handled and as I explained to him that the problem is not with the delivery from Mr D, but it is with his shop,his personnel send out the raw food in the first place. Then he continued with saying Mr D will refund me etc. I told so not only bad service but now I am not having my evening meal either. A refund means nothing Regards to my health.After a very long time on the phone nothing was resolved. I will put the pizza away as I only ate one piece and then tasted it was raw and then opened it, it is so raw that you can play with it in your hands literally. Also as I mentioned before if I get a medical emergency due to this raw dough I will proceed to sue Romans Pizza. Meal type Dinner Price per person R 500+ Food: 1 Service: 1

I need to please talk to the owner regarding the dismal service recieved today, at the Brackenhurt branch. Overcharging on a special because your staff put in the order incorrectly and can't be bothered to fix their mistake. Thanks.

Im truly disappointed with the quality of pizza served to me at the brackenhurst branch. The pizza was unappetizing and barely had cheese. When this was brought to the managers attention her response was "there is cheese on it". I am a generally a huge fan of romans and the other branches don't seem to disappoint or mize with ingredients. This is not the first time this has happened at this branch and when I called in to place my order I had told the lady that I had an issue the last time and to ensure that there sufficient cheese on the pizza and she told me she will tell the kitchen. We ordered the vegetarian and margarita pizza, the margaritas was like just eating base , flavorless and cheese less.

Absolutely terrible service with both the manager and the staff members being obnoxiously rude and futile towards paying customers. When making a mess with orders, they will act as if you are the one that's the problem and gaslight you into thinking you said and/or did something you definitely did not. This branch almost makes me not want to eat from Roman's pizza at all, I'm completely and utterly disappointed. Terrible experience. Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for 3 pizza's and they made a mistake with my order. I ordered to collect, was told 35 minutes. Ended up standing with over 30+ disgruntled customers all waiting over 1 hour, while walking customers were being told a lie of a 35 minute waiting time.

Relatively quick and reasonably priced. Great specials and decent food. Generally not very busy during the day however in the evening can attract a crowd. None the less I'm happy with Roman's Pizza in Brackenhurst, it's deffinetly become a popular takeout and a favourite to many. Thanks Romans pizza Brackenhurst, keep it up.
