The place is an absolute hidden gem! The menu does not extend into several volumes, but that’s is a good thing. Come here for the steak and chips. They are some of the best I’ve eaten in a very long time! Meat is soft and juicy, cooked correctly. And chips are something else altogether - skip the salad have the double portion of chips and you will thank me later 😋😋😋 It’s an absolute must stop on the garden route! We had an amazing experience at your restaurant! The drive was definitely worth it. The service was excellent, and I absolutely loved the Mix 150g of Rib eye steak with egg and garlic butter, fillet kebab👌, and two lamb tjops. The option for half-half, chips & salad, made the meal even better. Making a booking in advance is crucial due to the high demand, but the lovely views added to the overall charm. Plus, the fact that we could bring our own wine since they are not yet licensed was a nice touch. We can't wait to visit again! Lovely setting, hosting and food. If red meat is your game then draw the bow and aim for a seat with a booking. I had the 300g rump medium rare with egg, chips and a pepper sauce. Steak was a tad more cooked than expected, chips no special so overall a fair experience at the price . I say rather undercook than overcook as one can’t undo … Less is more so fewer triple cooked chips and stacked would have been good. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person R 250–300

Upstairs at Rosie's, best steak restaurant I have visited in a long time, small menu with a few mains and desserts to choose from, value for money and a exceptional place. Service brilliant, stunning setting to our evening out. Not to far from Knysna. The food was delicious and the company even better. This should definitely be an option on your bucket list to visit and enjoy this delicious foods Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Beautiful nature views, amazing steaks, delicious wine and friendly service. One of the best value meals. Restaurant is both romantic for a date night out, dinner with family or friends. Low key casual but romantic with candlelight tables. Everything was delicious from the steaks, chips and salad. You can ask to have sauces like mushroom or the garlic butter on the side. The chips are nice and thick while still crispy. The egg on top makes it nice as a sauce and extra protein. The blueberry cheesecake was amazing! What a great way to end a meal.

By far the best steak I’ve had during my 3 weeks trip in South Africa. My husband and I got a recommendation from our host in Wilderness and this dining experience was nothing but perfect. Stunning view. Friendly and welcoming staff. Amazingly passionate owner which makes each stake herself - I can definitely understand why some call her “A Magician”. In 24 hours we ate there twice! Highly recommended.
