Food: The chicken sandwiches are salty and the Mac and Cheese looks like they just melted cheese on the noodles and dumped a cup of salt in it too. Service: I do appreciate the guys letting us know they are out of something before ordering, but they didn’t have much of a professional attitude. Shouting “I don’t care” to your coworkers over and over is not good for business my dude. Atmosphere: The place overall looked okay. It’s a typical fast food area. I do hope they clean up that burger that was dropped behind the counter though. This place isn’t exactly holding up to Roy’s guarantee of fast and friendly service. Do NOT get a roast beef sandwhich here. The bottom half of the roll was a soggy mess, even though they just cooked it. This was the toughest roast beef sandwich I ever had at Roy Roger's. They should be embarrassed to serve this hot mess. Turnpike rest stops are supposed to provide service and convenience, not indigestion! Absolutely awful. Was told I had to use the kiosk to place an order. I placed the order 10 minutes later I get called to the counter and was informed nothing I ordered besides the fries was available. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a brownie... only person I saw there was definitely losing his battle with gravity, as his pants were below his butt, no one wants to see your skid marks guy... Canceled my order and was given attitude about getting my money back. Hands down worst fast food experience I've ever had. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Person working was hiding behind the cooler on the floor on his phone, food was over priced 18 for a sandwich Fri and a drink. Fries were old, chicken was dry and warm not even hot and never got my drink. Food wasn't even enjoyable to eat.. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Double R Bar burger was disappointing. A tiny slab of pressed burger meat with a slab of ham. I remember this sandwich using a hand made thick burger with slices of deli ham. The fries were okay; nothing special. Service was quick (which corresponds with the low quality sandwich), but not outwardly friendly. As long as you think of it only as fuel for your body then you won't be completely put off. The fixings and condiments will be your friends; use them in abundance. This place is amazing. Better than all the other Roy’s on the turnpike. Always fresh food just ask. The service is to a T. As a truck driver there not a lot of options out here but this is a place I love to stop at
