Best hamburger and onion rings ever! I have been going to Runza since I was a kid and it is the best! I highly recommend for all to try. You might not be familiar with it but give it one try and you will see. They make everything fresh even their bread. The runza's are also pockets of homemade bread stuffed with beef, cheese and onion or other options. So delicious! And service with a smile! Thanks Runza ☺️👏 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Me and my boyfriend went to the Runza through the drive thru, 30 minutes before they close. Anyways they shut the grills off 30 minutes early and the gal at the drive thru was rude with an attitude, went through the purchase and she said “well we just shut the grills off.. so I’ll be a bit.. is that okay?” Well yeah because we already flipping paid. I have been coming here since highschool (2003-2007) I love their food and their customer service is stellar! I go in fairly often now since I live nearby and runzas have become one of my son's favorite treats. Everyone I have interacted with is always kind and polite and the restaurant is always clean. And since I believe in giving attention to those who deserve it, the guy with long hair and glasses is super nice every time I go in! love the food worth the try if you are looking for something different for fast food. I usually get the Runza sandwich but the burgers are good too. Fries and onion rings are always good. The food is always amazing and it seems like a great early job for a lot of the local teens. It's very fast, but be mindful of when they close the lobby. The drive-through seems to stay open later, if you just gotta get your Runza. This was a delicious break from the ordinary. The runza sandwiches were good, and fries and onion rings were hot and fresh. Service was very fast and the restaurant was clean. So this is the first time I have been to Runza, and after seeing the ratings, I was very disappointed at the result. The fries were good, but that's the only positive thing I can say. For starters, the order was incomplete, and I was missing a burger from my order. The burgers themselves either didn't have bacon as was ordered, or I just couldn't taste the bacon with all the ketchup and mustard oozing out of it. That is a possibility, since I could barely even taste the burger with all the condiments on it. The burgers were much smaller than I expected for the price, about the size of a McDonalds cheeseburger but a little taller. The onion rings didn't even taste like onion, as I could only taste the overcooked batter on them. The used tire by the drive thru didn't help to make the place feel safe or sanitary. Runza sandwiches were delicious as always! But unfortunately we live over 15 minutes away and didn't notice onion rings were burnt til we got home :( MAJOR BUMMER both orders. None salvageable.... will definitely check b4 leaving line next time. Service Take out
