I have been to Ruthy's about 4 to 5 times. Usually, it is out of convenience rather than desire. Everything is average. This last time (and I do mean last) my hasbrowns had basically raw onions and it had such a small amount of cheese that even the waitress questioned if they forgot it when she first looked at it. It took 45 min to get our food and my pancakes were cold. The owner offered to replace it, but I didn't want to wait. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Had the Monte Cristo, the best I have eaten yet. Recommend it. My freind had the country Benedict and said it was very good. Will be going back.
