This is a family and friends place. It's loud, it's fun and it's busy. It's the sort of place you'd expect to dissolve into line dancing at any time. Friendly and attentive staff. A wait person even ran after me to give me a book I'd left on the table. The Tom Yum Fish Soup was excellent, and too much for one. Thank you!

Best Lap BBQ we've had so far, much better than Peeping Tom's. They give a fair amount of meat for 65,000k which comes with a whole load of veggies (morning Glory, cabbage, carrots, mushrooms and glass noodles), various dipping sauces, garlic, hot pepper etc. We accompanied our meal with a large fried rice for 45,000 kip which they said was for 2 people but was actually more for 4 people! The service is very attentive and the vibe is really nice. About a 10-15 minute walk from the main downtown area but it was a welcome walk after our large, delicious meal. Also, since we were pretty new to Lao BBQ, they actually showed us how to cook and eat it properly!
Ordered steak pieces with mash potato as per menu & menu photograph, only to be served steak pieces with patato chips. When I mentioned this was not what I'd ordered & wouldn't really eat steak with patato chips the skinny pale young madame was quite abrupt & rude! So for me never again!!!
What a great restaurant. It was are Xmas dinner, and being 2 foreigners they were very helpful in choosing out dinner. Lovely staff , great atmosphere and the food was delicious!
