Pho is flavorful and portion sizes are good. They give you a ton of meat. Menu and ordering is self serve, along with the standard pho condiments (basil, bean sprouts, lime, cilantro, Sriracha and hoisin). Pretty great restaurant in Morgantown!

One of my biggest laments since coming back to WV from DC is the lack of Pho. I was overjoyed to find a great place with amazing food, just up the road in Morgantown.
I made myself a custom bowl, got a fatty brisket Bahn Mi and loved every bit of both.
Read the signs carefully when you come in, and have some really wonderful food.

Good food! It was a cold night and a warm pho hit the spot! I like the bar where you can add as many bean sprouts, peppers and toppings as you need. The bubble tea is spot on!

Just spent $40+ on takeout and I’m appalled that they would actually serve paying customers something this ridiculous. Ordered beef pho and there are a total of 3 pieces of meat at the bottom of the container of broth. The banh mi was also not as described. Wouldn’t recommend this business, really disappointing as there aren’t many options for Vietnamese food in the area.

Noel and I went to another Vietnamese restaurant but it was closed so I was able to locate this restaurant via Yelp App.
It was only about 5 miles from where we were but unfortunately back to near where we started. Located near the hospital complex. The parking lot was empty so we thought this one was closed too...but thank goodness they were open.
We went inside where they had examples of the bowl sizes on display along with menus. The instructions said to find a table that was available and turn our display to show taken. To figure out what we wanted, then go to kiosk place order and pay. They will bring our food out. Everything was pretty self explanatory. Is this the way it's done overseas?
Noel and I both chose Beef Pho, shared some spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce and I got a unsweetened bottled tea and Noel went with a Strawberry Bubble Tea with a milk based flavoring. It was a jelly textured bubble in her drink, too sweet for me.
We went to salad bar and got our Cilantro, Thai basil, spices, bean sprouts and jalapenos. This was to put in our medium bowls of Pho. The food was very good. I'm still trying to learn how to use chopsticks. The fried garlic spice was good.
The Pho was amazing and we had plenty to take home as leftovers but the spring rolls were horrible.
The wrappers were like a rubbery covering, very thick and rubbery. I couldn't handle the texture of it. So, I broke it open and put into my Pho bowl.
The food was good enough to go back again. I definitely want to try the Banh Mi sandwich, especially the grilled on!!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for some great Pho. Prices were sort of high but I don't get this very often , so very worth it. Just not crazy about those Spring Rolls...

It's been a long time since I've been impressed by a bowl of pho, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. The broth for my Pho Saigon Deluxe had great depth of flavor, and they loaded my bowl with all the meats. I also liked their self service station for the herbs and bean sprouts. A good value overall.

We had high expectations because all the good reviews and because we love vietnamese food, especially a good Phò. We always try to visit a Vietnamese restaurant in every city or town we go, and so far the best Vietnamese and Asian food in general for us is found in Florida. Sadly this one was average.

I absolutely loved this place. Tasty and comforting for that craving. It was my first time there and the owner happened to greet us at the door. He helped us pick our our Pho. It did nit disappoint.

Warning from a Pho expert: Scam with the MEAT!!!! Stay away from their Pho Tai (S1 selection, sliced beef steaks soup noodles)!!!
I ordered a beef steak pho today and got this cooked white meat. In their description, this soup noodles should be with rare to medium cooked beef slices meat, they are totally cooked, that’s not the biggest problem, but white meat serving so called “steak slices”!?!?
I asked them to bring the raw steak slices out, the minute I looked at them, I thought they are pork, YES, PORK, pink color meat. Of course I couldn’t just put those raw meat in, so I ate one piece of those fully cooked in my bowl and I knew it’s not beef, nothing taste like beef meat, more like dried overcooked and tasteless pork. The soup with beef shouldn’t be that clear and tasteless, because beef meat are more juicy.
Super disappointed, I don’t mind they don’t speak English, but please serve what it’s said on the menu.
The second stars are given for their boba tea and the vermicelli noodles with grilled meats, they were good.
