I love Salad and Go and am a frequent customer of other locations, mainly Surprise. This location in Litchfield Park neglected to fulfill the order according to the allergy modifications and substitutions I requested. I know that they clearly understood what I requested because it was printed on the receipt. I had to come back and ask for the order to be corrected. Okay, this is the second time I've had a problem with this location. I order food from here at least once a week and had the same problem a couple of months ago (they gave me a free wrap after I reported, to their credit). Tonight we had out of state visitors come in late, so decided to make it simple and order out. Two of the three wraps had very little of the sauce in the wrap. I order the same thing almost every time and this is frustrating (and embarrassing since our guests ordered wraps also). There was just a dab of the dressing in the last 8th of the wrap, the rest was dry. Jimmy Johns is now offering the same wrap and I'm about to switch. Great salads & soup. The drinks are yummy too. I like that they don't sell soda, only lemonade, and lemonade based drinks and tea. There blueberry, Basil, lemonade is really yum. The employees are courteous, friendly with a smile. If you like salad and a quick easy meal, you should try them. I ordered the Cobb salad with no blue cheese. She repeated my order at the window. I got my salad and it was covered in blue cheese. I tried picking it all out but I kept getting little pieces.
