This is a great restaurant, the food is very sensibly priced. It is very popular so on weekends is best to make a reservation. They offer many traditional Mexican dishes and a variety of drinks. Pretty cool vibe here. The bar area has some lighting that not only does a great job of lighting but just looks outstanding on their own. Not to mention the bar itself, nicely showcases their tequila and mescal selection. Service, really good. Quick and friendly. The food. Not bad, the chicken tortilla soup was really good and piping hot, so let it cool down first. The rest of the menu, kinda boring. The burritos each had different ingredients but the same cheese sauce topping. Five stars for decor service and pricing. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Was very excited to try Salud as it comes highly recommended by several friends and colleagues! However, we didn’t even get the chance. When we came in we were greeted by two employees who seemed less than thrilled that we were there with our two children and rudely asked if we had a reservation. After we said we didn’t, they informed us that there was an hour to hour and a half wait when there were clearly close to 10 unoccupied tables, followed by observing a very large party leaving. I fully understand reservations being needed, however sending away customers who are present and willing to have a tab for a family of four (easily $100 minimum) is just poor customer service to me. I would love to give them a try, however I feel that some training is in order for employees who lack basic customer service skills toward patrons in their establishment. The location is the only really, really, weird deal about this restaurant, had people walking behind my kids as we were eating that were carrying paint supplies and big frames to the deal next door, besides this deal.... Service was ok.... Food and drinks were right on point and very unexpected for being in this small town kind of in the middle of nowhere, especially with authentic Mexican food this good.... The place was beautiful. Cozy and where I'd love to go again. I rated it a4 only because I am a tuna lover. I've had Mexican ahi tuna before and it was amazing. My order was so incredibly bad. 😩 the tuna was still frozen I was biting into ice pieces. And the smell was not fresh. At all. I immediately stopped eating it. The waiter noticed I didn't eat it but didn't ask about it which I found odd The rest of the food, was awesome. Drinks were delicious. Host were kind. Bar waitresses were friendly. Omgoodness the guacamole was so yummy. The plating was gorgeous. It's pricey. A little bit. But I'll be coming back. Just not ordering fish from a Mexican place again lol I do highly recommend Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Made a same day reservation and we were seated promptly when we arrived. The server was nice and gave some great food recommendations. We ordered the burritos veracruz and the Baja tacos. We both thoroughly enjoyed our dishes, though the fish in the tacos could have been seasoned a bit more. My only complaint is that the adult beverages were very weak. I’m looking forward to visiting again to try more dishes! Service Dine in

The place is dope. I love the whole setup. Definitely a great date night choice. Food came out 10 minutes later. It was good also hot. The margarita wasn’t as strong as I know them to be (lol) but it was good. The prices are 10/10. I’ll definitely go back. Salud has been our most favorite Mexican restaurant until today. We had reservations for eight (2 families) to celebrate my mom’s and our friend’s birthday. Well, our friend got sick and we ended up with only four people. I called to let the host know as soon as I found out. When we got there, we had the worst table, right by the stairs. I asked if we could sit in one of the 4 empty booths and I was told they were all reserved. I asked for the table in front of the one we were sitting at, I was told it was also reserved and because I canceled four people I would have to essentially deal with a terrible table. I told the waitress what had happened, hoping she would be willing to help and she told me that I would normally get charges $25 per person that cancelled (total of $100). Is that even legal? I could absolutely understand if the place was packed but it wasn’t and when we left, there were still 4 empty booths and the table in front of ours was also still empty. What a disappointment. We drove for over an hour to experience terrible service and the tacos were not as good as they used to be. The just lost 8 customers. Coming from Texas it has been hard finding great Mexican food, but this place has the some of the best Mexican I have had! The mole enchiladas, and queso smothered burrito were delicious.
