This particular restaurant was recommended by friends who visited last year. Best Italian in Baja was the comment. Well, we agreed. It was certainly the best we've had in a long time. The place was not easy to spot from outside. Like many restaurants in Baja Sur, it was not much to look at from the street. Inside, the decor was more fitting with an Italian eatery. Spacious an open aired courtyard with city surroundings. The service was attentive from the moment we walked in. Decent selection of wines. The portions were well sized. My son finished the lasagna, the rest of us took home small doggie bags of leftover pasta. All of us were happy with our selections. Cost was about $2400 for 6 of us. Amazing Italian food one block off the Main Street in Los Cabo. Restaurant was packed so we ordered shrimp Alfredo, carbonara, and the bolognese and were not disappointed. We enjoy coming to Salvatore’s every year while in Cabo. The portions are huge, delicious, and reasonably priced. The pork shank with pasta alfredo and the lasagna are always big hits. The tiramisu is a must have for dessert. One order easily serves 4 people. The restaurant is also generally kid friendly as the atmosphere is more casual and the food comes out pretty quickly. The best restaurant in Cabo is Italian. Read that again, because I’m not going to repeat myself. Skip this place to your own detriment. Juan was my waiter this time (I’ve lost count of how many visits I’ve made) and he was fantastic. Everything on the menu is stellar. You can’t go wrong. What a beautiful place! The food was AMAZING! At first I was skeptical - why on earth should we have Italian when in Cabo?! but boy am I glad we did!!! Food was to die for, huge servings, and good prices. Staff was super nice and friendly! Alfredo, our server was incredible. We will be back for more. What an experience!!! Salvatore G’s was beyond amazing!! They took us with a booked evening and had us right at the bar in the kitchen. They treated us as if we didn’t interrupt the evening! Leon provided us great customer service and accommodating with the toddlers. Love that the roof is open to have air moving through creating an enjoyable atmosphere. Food is excellent but be sure to share with another as the portions are large! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everything about this place is amazing! The service was top notch and the employees are so kind. Alfredo was our waiter and was great. The food is to die for! Best Italian food I’ve probably ever had. We had the fettuccini and lasagna. It was our wedding anniversary and they surprised us with dessert at the end. Must visit when in Cabo!!!!!
