Great food, prompt service and good dining ambience. We got a well warmed patio seating by a fire pit and overlooking Cabrillo street and the ocean. We started with coconut crusted shrimp for starters and it was fantastic. The shrimps were juicy and the wonderfully flavored with the coconut crusting. We had sesame and wanton crusted mahi mahi for main course and it was simply delicious. The chocolate mousse and New York cheesecake were an amazing dessert addition to finish it off. Very impressed with everything about this place - the vibe, the service, the food and drinks. Excellent all round and good value considering the location and ocean view. Lobster Mac and cheese is so good! Rest of our meal was amazing but this was the only picture I got of the food. Sat on the patio, heaters were on, fire going. Great atmosphere! Came here for a late dinner. We made a reservation which was good because the couple ahead of us didn’t and it would have been a wait if they wanted a table instead of a high top. We were seated outside by the fire pit which generated enough heat that we did not need a jacket. Should have done in earlier as we would have a nice view of the sunset. Ordered the calamari which was breaded nicely and it was not greasy or soggy. We ordered the salmon and the mahi mahi for dinner. the portions were just right as we were not super hungry. The macadamia crusted sea bass was perfectly cooked and presented. My partner’s swordfish as well. The service was perfect. There when you needed but not hovering.
