Service was great, cashier was nice and attentive. Unfortunately the price does not justify the meh quality. Not to mention my “steak burrito” was barely larger than my index finger, and I don’t have big hands. The Taco Stop on 287 is worth the drive. Ordered $80 worth of food and let's just say good service. The food could use some flavor and just needs to know what seasonings are, just some more love when you cooking for the public. Imma tell ya that Santiago's has the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. Every time I visit Colorado this is my first stop. I even had my sister send me burritos in her suitcase when she would visit me while I was in the Army. I have traveled all around the world and have always been looking for breakfast burritos as good as Santiago's and have never been able to. I will always get me 2 Hot Breakfast burritos on my way to and from the Denver Airport until I die! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really wish i could give 1,000,000 stars for the service we got here. Aliya took our order and was beyond top notch. super friendly and made us feel welcome. the food was great but the service was outstanding. She even wrote a joke on our reciept as well as leaving us a note to have a great week. this young lady will do amazing things in this world. This is the first time at this Santiago's and I was disappointed! I ordered an Indian taco hot and there was very little chili. It's what that place is famous for and it barely covered the taco. My friend ordered smothered Burrito Deluxe hot and the same thing happened! Almost didn't even cover the bottom. Make sure to check your order befor you leave the window. It's very inconvenient having to do that but it's very disappointing not to have been able to enjoy the green chili (the best part) with the rest of our meal at this Santiago's. Wow, this location is staffed with wonderful employees all around and made our lunch experience absolutely fantastic. The food is of high quality, the presentation goes above and beyond, and the service somehow tops it all. Definitely a safe bet to grab a bite here any time of day - you won’t regret it! The green chili at the location is not even close to hot and the flavor isn’t great either. The bean and cheese burrito came out with cheese that wasn’t melted and the beans weren’t hot but rather luke warm. My family warned me this specific location sucked and after giving them a chance, I agree with them.

Guys in all the years I've never had a bad meal from anyone of the restaurants. Got a breakfast burrito today and not good. No chilie no cheese and I even asked for it. The eggs and potatoes tasted like a store bought frozen nasty burrito. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Last 2 times order was wrong. Steak pieces were dry and service just seemed off. I enjoy this establishment, however 2 in a row mess ups , and I will take a long break . May or may not return. I'm tired of being told to come inside to place an order when I'm already in the drive-thru. There is no way to exit their drive-thru once you're in it. This happens 50% of the time with various orders. Also, they have extremely slow service on pickup orders with nobody else in line. They put cheap pork full of God knows what in everything. I'm done with this restaurant. It's sad because I've been a Santiago's customer for two decades and I used to enjoy it.
