Food was so bland. Tomato and burrata salad was not good the tomato were not ripe, prosciutto was slimy and the dressing tasted like Ken’s vinegar with lemon.
The pasta dishes were so bland.
The coca-cola had no syrup their machine must be broke.

Delicious! I enjoyed the salad with chicken cutlets, my son liked the hamburger, we all had some pizza and chessesteak eggs rolls which were delicious. We tried the crabcake egg rolls and even tho the price was high (for us, for eggrolls) we are so glad we got them! My husband got the fish and wasn't happy. He thoight maybe it was bad and mentioned it to the server, stating he didn't want anything instead or for a discount. But the manager removed it from our ticket anyway and apologized. We appreciated that, eventho it was nessisary and becuase of it we want back the next day for lunch!

Blackened Mahi Tacos
I am not one to leave reviews on anything, but today service was lacking in quality and care. We ordered chicken&waffles and pork sausage with pancakes for the kids. All the pancakes came out burnt and still battery in the center. Initially, our server saw this and requested another set. The second set came burnt with less batter in the center. My wife pork sausages were cooked and sheared on surface level, but the center was still pink and raw. This was not fit for consumption. All the waffles that came out later were also burnt. We didn't know what to say because we had a guess with us to remain formal, so we ate what we could on our plates. We requested syrup, but 15 minutes later, we were told that all the syrup was gone due to mixing the rest of the regular syrup with bourbon. Now, sitting there with burnt waffles and pancakes on our tongues, we just ate what we could and left. The bill was $100.18, and it appears brunch was not this restaurant fortie. Very depressing service and quality to such a bright morning. If anyone else has the same experience, please speak up to correct the quality. No one should spend $100 for burnt waffles and pancakes with no syrup. The solution would have been cooking at a lower temperature vs. high, thus not burning the exterior faster than the interior cooking of the pancakes. Simple practice of butter on skillet between each pancake. Clean or change pan once residual butter has burned to skillet. Chef score 3/10 remediation is required to excel in basic skills.

Blackened Chicken Alcopulco
My husband and I have eaten at this restaurant a few times and their food has always been great. We decided to try their take out tonight and ordered the chicken parm. When we got it home every piece of chicken was burnt almost inedible and very dry. For $18 I could have ordered a better chicken parm from a pizza place for a lot cheaper. I think their quality control for take out should be just as good as when you dine in their restaurant. I would have given zero stars for tonight's meal but like I said their food is usually very good.
Havent been in a couple of yrs, as our meals werent very good on two occasions. But we decided to try again for an early dinner, and the food still was just bad. Chicken parm coating was burnt, chicken was serrated, and sauce was just awful.
P.S.....I would never go back, until management changed, and the kitchen staff learned how to properly prepare food.

I went back because the first time was pretty good. Now, I have to change my review. On this visit, the chicken was rubbery and the pasta had no sauce. Yeah... It's no longer any good. I feel like I just wasted $30.

Warning: The Blackened Chicken is EXTREMELY SALTY. I ordered the Rustico blackened chicken salad with extra chicken and Cesar dressing instead of blue cheese. I tell you no lie, I paid $24 for a salad and could not eat it. I also received the wrong dressing. This is the second time I’ve been disappointed by this place. This time I called to give feedback, the gentleman stated there’s nothing he can do but offer an apology. Ha!! lol I DON’T recommend. Meanwhile my blood pressure is extremely high now from trying this! Also they don’t provide utensils or napkins when you do take out

Service and decor was excellent. Very clean. Cheesesteak fries were awesome! Limoncello tortellini and the special portabello shortie ravioli were great. We can't wait to return to try the pizza!
