It was an ok experience for our first time visiting. They were a little busy. We did not have reservations so we were lucky to be seated quickly for walk-ins. My step-father is Italian so I grew up on authentic Italian food made from scratch. This was not it. The presentation of the meals are perfection. 👌 Taste was just ok at best. My manicotti did taste freezer burnt, but it was ok, still edible. I like vegetables but I felt like it was a little overkill to serve every entree full of them. The bread and dressing was my favorite. My fiance really enjoyed his stuffed chicken. I would come back to try something else. Walking in this was my very first visit. The staff was very attentive and made us feel welcomed. The ambiance was great with some music playing in the background to set the mood. The menu was varied enough that I had a hard time deciding on what I wanted to eat; I finally settled on the Brazilian Salmon. The salad came out quickly and the main course shortly thereafter giving enough time to complete your starter. The Salmon was fork tender and tasted exquisitely. One can see the restaurant is popular as it filled up quickly, noting many guests had reservations. I will certainly visit again and try something else off the menu. Another wonderful meal. I have been here about 5 times now and have never been disappointed. I crave the French onion soup. The raspberry salad dressing is amazing! And they can do no wrong w their chicken or steak! My favorite place to eat in Salisbury. My wife & I used to eat at Chef Santos ' restaurant in Roanoke, VA back in the late 80s & early 90s. We were thrilled when we recently found out that he has been in Salisbury, NC since 1995. Last night was our first experience of dining at his Salisbury location. We weren't disappointed. It was WONDERFUL! We will be making the 50 minute drive from High Point many more times! Food was excellent. I ordered the spaghetti, my grandmother had the ravioli, my mom had the lasagna, and my son had just a bowl of plain noodles. The meat sauce with the spaghetti was delicious. I ate my entire plate! Also, the bread that was served with the balsamic vinegrette sauce 😋 👌, I could have ate it all by myself. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Waited an hour and a half to get the food. Everyone ordered pretty basic items like spaghetti and lasagna. Had reservations for 5 and they had people just walking in off the street who were seated after us and left before we even got our meals. Food was very bland and not worth the wait or aggravation of it all. The staff did nothing to compensate or make things right. What a waste of $140.00 and will not be returning. Amazing food and super friendly staff. Different menu regularly. Great Salmon, Delicious Filet Mignon, Unbelievable Scallops, everything is delicious, you can't go wrong. Full bar, if you would like a drink with your dinner. Very nice place, 5 star fine dining, but there isn't a harsh dress code. A Reservation is a good idea. Great for Date Night, a dinner with friends or supper with the family. Children's Menu is great too, same menu as adults, just a smaller portion. Best restaurant in town!

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was so awesome! We showed up not knowing we needed a reservation as we are not from NC, but the chef agreed to seat us anyway. The service was 5 star from start to finish. We had the stuffed salmon and the crystal scallops and both were divine!

Exceptional fine dining atmosphere at this local Salisbury restaurant. Very popular with locals and visitors alike. Chef inspired entrées and popular Italian pasta and pizza favorites too. Nice wine selection, beer, and hard liquor available too. Friendly service. Highly recommended!
