I Loooove Sapphire Spoon! These girls are amazing!! Food and drinks are always perfect!!! The charcuterie boxes and private catering services are the best I've had! 12/10 if you are in Bozeman you need to make this a stop and if you are looking for someone to spice up your parties or dinner events contact them!! I’ve had most the sandwiches here and you honestly can’t go wrong with any of them. I tried the Ri-Man the other day with a tomato basil soup and it’s my new go too. Pastries are pretty great as well! And if you’re a latte fan the fruity pebble latte is incredible. My new favorite breakfast spot in town! Awesome coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, and pastries! Plenty of space to chill and get some work done, with free wifi and second floor seating. Google might take you to the front of the building where the parking is a bit limited, but there's much more parking around the back side of the building (north side). You can enter on either side of the building, and the cafe is located in a main atrium, very easy to find. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sapphire Spoon is the best “hidden” gem in Bozeman! I’ve lived here 6 years and have been not-so patiently awaiting a coffee/sandwich shop like this to open! In proper Bozeman fashion, it is family (sister) owned and operated. The chef Lynsey is simply amazing at what she does and has curated the best breakfast-lunch-pastry menu in the area. Logan is just a doll and will whip up the most delicious drinks with a smile. I’m thrilled that these sisters are running the place, and cannot recommend Sapphire Spoon enough! Sapphire Spoon is one of the best places to grab a DELICIOUS bite to eat, as well as lots of yummy drink options! I personally recommend the raspberry french toast latte and ANY of the pop tarts. Lynsey and Logan are such wonderful people and provided great service. Oh and if you think it doesn’t get any better, they also offer local art/jewelry! Will definitely be back.
