Absolutely fantastic experience at Sarpino's on Army Trail Rd! The pizza was top-notch, with fresh ingredients and a perfect crust. Sarpinos is my favorite pizzeria. A lot of people were suprised when I told them that I'd choose it over other pizzerias but it's worth it. The dough has the perfect texture, it not gooey like from other places. The crust is like no other, and they're generous with the toppings. They also have unique sauces. The workers are nice and helpful. There is this one gentleman that brings out my carryout order and is always so sweet and makes sure I have everything I need. It's a great location! Not only do they have great pizza, but their customer service is absolutely impeccable! I’m very pleased with them and will 100% order from here again. Huge thank you to Vikram for helping me over the phone, he was very pleasant to speak with. I'm sad and disappointed with this place. I spent almost $30 for 2 vegan items. It's called "Vegan Cheesy Bread" and there was almost no cheese in it. What happened to this place, the item used to be so good with lots of cheese. This time it tastes like bread sticks. The Sandwich (veggie) also lacked cheese. Feel like we were scammed. I might give them one more chance but not for a long time. So many better deals like Taylor Street Pizza in Bartlett, however as far as I know they don't have Vegan Cheese. So many restaurants in these parts are overpriced and the food is often sub-par. Very sad. The manager guy at front was nice, too bad the food isn't very good. Never again. Waaaayyy over priced pizzas that are over cooked. Literally reminded me of a thinner LiL Caesar’s Pizza. Your “breadsticks” are not breadsticks. Since when does pizza crust constitute as breadsticks? I regret not seeing previous reviews before ordering as they had same complaint. The $40 spent here I could have gotten (2) 2 for $20 pizza deals at another place.
