Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told to restart the line because my pump was on the opposite side and they’re not allowed to pull it. Since when is this ever a thing because this very franchise has pulled the pump for me in the past. The overall service is very poor in general but I have always given the attendants the benefit of the doubt. And as I type this, the exact same thing happens to someone else and I have now been in line for a total of 30 minutes because my petrol card only works at Sasol 😭

GOOD SERVICE ALWAYS, BUT DISAPPOINTED ONE DAY AFTER FILLING IN PETROL THERE THEN SWIPED FOR POINTS USING TYMEBANK CARD WHICH IS ALSO WORKING AS PICK N PAY CARD . THE PROBLEM WAS THERE WAS FUNDS INSIDE THE CARD BUT USED CASH THAT DAY THE TYMEBANK ONLY FOR POINTS BYT DETECTED MONEY FROM THE CARD MEANING I PAID TWICE. IMMEDIATELY I REPORTED THE SITUATION BUT STRUGGLED TO BE REFUNDED MY MONEY N THAT WAS BORING N BAD. I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Hello sasol management Pls ensure that all petrol attendant have name tag as wel as the cashiers,yesterday 29 june 2023 i was there and i was not happy at all.we had to wait for the cashier to fix stappler that they say is not working for days and you as management you are aware of the situation.pls buy them new stappler one or two incase the one is not working they can use the other one as well as the name tag for those who dont have. pls make them available We have been asking for petrol card point even now they are not available

There's nothing wrong with the people working at the fuel pumps. The problem is that those guys have to man a number of pumps. Imagine one person manning at least 3 pumps. Then there's the rule that the nozzle can't be taken to the other side of the car if the fuel tank isn't on the side nearest to the pump. If you go to the pump that's not on the side of your fuel tank, and the place is busy, you're in trouble, unless the attendant serving you makes a plan for you. Sasol, please hire attendants. Another discovery happened when I couldn't wait because of the queue. I went to Total garage Zone 1 after the recent fuel increase. I was surprised that I paid R15,40 per litre for diesel whereas I had been paying R15,57 per litre before the increase at Sasol.

I received bad service here today. An attendant did not want to help me, if not wrong his name is Flint Mothapo, I arrived at the garage first. He chose to assist an Isuzu in the next tank even though it came after me. The reason why he says I arrived last at the platform. I tried to indicate to him that I could not have used the tank next door because it is on the left and my car tank is right handed, he insisted that he will help me last because I was at the platform last, to my surprise he went to the store to submit money for 1400 Nissan, when he returned the Isuzu guy and my self were all parked at the same time there. How difficult was it for him to tell the issue guy I arrived first because he saw me when I did. Maybe I can get the correct explanation from management. But really I am not happy and I always use this garage but this was my first bad experience.

I am currently at the garage, still having like 4 hours drive, waiting for like 30 minutes before I can be assisted, if I never asked why am I not being assisted I was not gonna be told that I am supposed to park my car on the side of my petrol pot, can those pipes jump around?
