What a gem of a place! A truly special place in Santa Catalina. Half way between town and the surf beaches it was a great spot to have a cocktail after a hard day surfing. Great chill vibes, good music and friendly owner Alejandro, he was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed.

A vegan restaurant run with heart. Super friendly host who gave us many tips for the onward journey.
The food tasted very tasty for vegans / vegetarians! Highly recommended!

This place is amazing. Not only, but especially if you‘re vegetarian. We had a wonderful dinner here and came back the next day to try other things on the menu. Best food in Panamá, seriously. The preparation of your meal might take some time, but it is worth it.
Amazing place, incredible good food! I read other reviews about that place and wanted to try - started to go there all the three days I had left in St Catalina. The food is freshly made and so unbelievably good, seriously, wouldn’t have expected it to be so good but it was. It’s perfect for vegetarians too coz they have special veggie food and this just tastes incredible. Tried the “normal veggie spaghetti” and the “veggie hamburger” - never had eaten better spaghetti, I know I’m repeating myself, but it’s just so good. As well as the burger, the nuggets, the quesadillas - that’s all I’ve eaten in that time ;-) And the place is made with so much love, cozy, good music, owner speaks really good English and is so nice, they all (family business there) have their heart at this place and you can feel that. Don’t miss it. Price is really good too! The only thing I’d recommend to you is to go there before you’re starving. Food is freshly made so sometimes it takes a moment. But trust me, it’s worth to wait. All the other people around me were like “hmmm” too when they started eating 😂 if you’re veggie - that’s the place for you to go to and if you’re not, too!

I don't know whether these are bot reviews or if something happened in the past four months, but the 5 star rating doesn't make any sense. The place does have a nice atmosphere, but that's the only positive thing. Quality of food vs the price is the worst in Santa Catalina (or anywhere else in Panama for that matter).
Staff was very friendly and the vibe is nice. Food was all right - definitely better options around the island. Good option for a quick lunch spot and several vegetarian menu items that are different from other places.
Delicious!
I shared vegetarian nuggets and fish fingers with my boyfriend. The sides were french fries and coconut rice. It was all very very good. I also had a yummy pink lemonade.
Excellent service. Super nice staff.
The place looks new, and I'm writing this review because I feel they should have way more clients coming in!
I wish I had had time to go more often and try the rest of the menu.
Super well located too.
Perfect place After the beach for eat. Employees was kind And excellent vegan food. We recommand ! Not to expensive. Love the cake even it wasn't what we Ask - they didn't have vegan wuffle.

The food was so far quite ok, but definitely not as exceptional as many write here. We were there two evenings, but actually only because there are hardly any vegan alternatives in Santa Catalina. However, there is also not really vegan food in the Sasy, but the "vegan" card is actually vegetarian (veggie burger would be with cheese, etc.). The difference between vegan and vegetarian doesn't really seem to be known there. The first night I ordered the zucchini noodles with garlic bread. Taste-wise they were good, but it was basically spaghetti with pesto and the garlic bread never came at all (didn't miss anything though, the next night someone asked for it because it was also missing and then a burger bun fried in some butter came). My friend ordered the quesadillas and the vegetarian sasy salad. The quesadillas were probably the best value on the menu. The three lettuce leaves for $7 were rather overpriced. On the second evening we ordered burgers, the fries were sabbrige greasy potato fingers, the burger with meat probably quite ok, the "vegan" burger for it a joke: on the menue it said that a lentil patty should be on it. I asked to make the "vegan" burger without cheese and then got tomato, cucumber, lettuce and onion with chili sauce on a dry burger bun. No lentil patty in sight but paid full price. As I said, it was edible but definitely not an exceptionally good place and not really vegan as the menu would make one hope.

Prices were very reasonable with great vegetarian options and our waitress was super sweet and friendly.
