We slid into the parking lot of savy sliders to a familar looking building. A white castle painted black with Grey and red black accents stood in front of us. This chain has been taking the local white casltes and converting them to save sliders. This is my first time here. We ordered o line and picked up with our order ready fresh and paid for it was super quick and the staff was so friendly. The food was amazing when we got home. Presented in these not cheap looking boxes with ever meal. We got 3 sliders. And chicken tenders and fries and the cheese curds. All was crispy all was good nothing soggy or under cooked. We got a rib eye burger. Swiss and mushroom burger and a Savy burger. With Savy sauce. Oh... the savy sauce. This sauce puts Chick-fil-A and Zaxbys sauce to shame. Not a fast food place...they cook on demand not in advance. You will wait for your order to be prepared. Decent sliders that are freshly cooked on demand. I prefer to use the drive thru window though you can step inside this traditional diner to wait for your freely prepared burgers. Reasonable prices. This place is amazing. Clean, great sliders, fast and affordable. Exactly what this section of Hall road needed. Also extra points for a fast casual food place finally solving the ketchup dip problem… Ketchup packets and tiny little containers just won’t cut it. 0 STARS! Absolute horrible service! We ordered 4 sliders, 2 falafel burgers had different toppings. The falafel was not fresh and could tell it had been sitting out as the cheese was stale and stuck to the patty. The other sliders where missing toppings and could tell they were just thrown together! Called the store to get a replacement and the “manager” who refused to provide his name was so rude and unprofessional we couldn’t continue speaking with him, we went into the store with the poorly prepared food for a refund. The “manager” still wanted to argue with us about why the food was poorly prepared, he said the topping fell out in the bag… WHAT!? He reluctantly gave us our refund while being very combative and never offering any apologies for inconvenience or even offering to remake the food. The cashier was the only good part of our experience. Burgers were cold so we’re sent back for new. Waited on the new order and boxed it up to just take home. This order was as bad as the first! For the first time ordering from here, the food wasn't too bad. I wasn't really sure what to order, n they were in a hurry to get my order at the drive-through. Everything was hot, n I did like the 2 value meal, meaning you get a choice of 2 sandwiches, fries n drink. This place always deliver, the staff are extremely nice, the food is always fresh, and they did not hesitate to make suggestions on what the hottest items are were on the menu, Arnes and the young lady that worked next to him 02/15/2024 at about 8pm are definitely an asset to the Savvy Slider organization, DO NOT LOSE THEM!! Don’t get me wrong the food is pretty solid, but the service is horrible. It’s either a 20 minute wait for your food because they can’t keep up with orders or you’ll get to the drive thru window and nobody will assist you. Also, don’t even try coming here late at night, the workers like closing far before their times say online. Really hope this place switches up how they carry out business.. We ordered a hamburger, chicken and crab slider and fries they were all served cold. We were the only customers in the restaurant I guess I expected hot fresh food. The sandwiches were also dry and we ask for sauce and he said it was in the box (only a couple packets of ketchup). They were out of onion rings, they had no napkins he said they ran out of them also. The lemon aid water was musty. This was second trip to this location and won't be back. Management did reach out and tried to make it right. We have been back to eat at another location and it was a much better experience. Thanks Mark.
