The food was magnificent! We tried a couple of their different coffees as well and all were stellar and came out quick. The service was spectacular and we were all floored that it was so empty in there on a Saturday afternoon. Most things come with two sides and they are HUGE! Great portion sizes and great selection. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Chicken Sandwich
The food was very delicious, I feel like we got what we paid for!! My only complaints are the wait time, but they make up for it with excellent customer service. Second complaint is that the menu doesn’t show you the prices. Other then that, I’ve had a wonderful experience and will be definitely back!

We held our first Women's Brunch in their large dining room.
To better accommodate schedules we ordered ahead and didn't wait long for food.
Service was great and food was perfect.
We appreciate the accommodating service we received.

Met a friend for lunch and had the Monte Cristo sandwich. It was oversized and delicious 😋 Plenty for 2 people to split!

We were greeted promptly when we walked in, immediately seated, and Zetha was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was very good, and you do get a lot of food. The only thing that could be improved on is the wait for your food. Appetizer come out quick, but our food took 30 minutes and we were the only customers. They do make everything fresh. Just before we were ready to leave, several more groups came in and Zetha seemed to be the only waitress, but still took the time to thank us for coming in. Can’t wait to try their breakfast on our next visit. We appreciate they give a military discount.

I reviewed this restraunt the first time on their first day to serve alcohol and the first day for them to do their live music. I gave a poor review and decided to give them another go, especially after the owner reached out, explained, apologized, and offered to comp a meal which I didnt except, not the point of a review but I respected the offer greatly. I came back today and had breakfast and coffee with my wife. We had an amazing meal and delicious coffee. The waitress was very sweet and service was enjoyable. The atmosphere of Scissortails is very calm and relaxing. I would definitely go back and could see this place as a morning routine. If you're in the Woodward area, definitely give this place a stop and enjoy the breakfast which they serve all day. Hope this review serves them well and I love to see a restraunt flourish.

Had the crispy spicy chicken sandwich, fries and cilantro lime rice. All was good and our waitress, Dawn, was very friendly. This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be back.

We arrived at early lunch time...11ish...we were greeted and seated promptly.
We received our drinks in "ok" time. After placing our order from a menu without any prices. (Although I can afford something is not the issue.) I like to decide "is it worth it?". We ordered our meals and waited and waited and waited . Finally when we were literally on the brink of leaving; our food came. I got a club sandwich 🥪 it came with "Lay's chips". It was ok- absolutely nothing special. My friend got the strawberry 🍓 crepes that were rolled up tighter than Cuban cigars. They were ok, but were not filling at all. I would be surprised if there were more than 2 strawberries in the ENTIRE ORDER. My other friend ordered a 🐔 wrap. He was happy with his choice, it too came with the chips.
Ultimately all our meals were $9.00. 💵
I don't recommend.. they are trying to be posh and falling short on service and product.

This place is incredible! All of the food is wonderful and the staff were very nice. Their coffee is one of a kind; with the flavor you would die for. Their coffee makes places like Starbucks look bad. We ordered the monte cristo, Polly panini, burger and spicy chicken sandwich. All of them were visually impressive and tasted even better. We are visiting Woodward from DFW/Texas and I do not know of a place this good where we are from. I’m very happy Woodward has this little gem, and I sincerely hope they’re here for years to come. Amazing!

Love the place but the food wasn’t great and was undercooked and when complaining he argued that he saw the food was gone the undercooked runny eggs were definitely left. Not the way to handle things. Won’t ever return and had 6 people.
I will say our waitress looked like the only server. But still took awhile to get some hot tea and mimosa.

Scissortails did a GREAT job of accommodating our large group for lunch. They took orders early and were able to serve everyone efficiently. Great job! (And I LOVE the yogurt banana split!!)
