First time trying this location as I usually just go to Starbucks where they know me and know how to make my regular drinks consistently. Rudest baristas I have ever encountered at a coffee shop. Seriously sooo weird. I’ve usually only experienced upbeat, professional, helpful staff at these little drive thru shops. So I was a little taken back. It was a Thursday evening. Rushed me to order, barely said three words at the window, acted annoyed we were there and didn’t even fill the over priced, watered down cold brew to the top. Super disappointed. Poor service. Owner/management should know who’s working for them. I’ll stick to Starbucks. Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

So I continue to go to scooters for the most simple thing. A mango smoothie. Everytime I get it’s some weird mango infusion with other flavors. I continue to ask for a simple mango smoothie and they continue to get it wrong. They have done this like 6 times. And to my coworkers that pick up orders on their way in.

Their coffee is good but when you pay $6 for a drink, you’d think they’d actually fill it up, not even close to 3/4 full, both times we’ve went. Waste of money on my part and very skeet on theirs. Just go to the small, local coffee shops, they’re quality, quantity, and prices are a million times more worth it.

My go to place for a Matcha Latte! Definitely prefer over Starbucks matcha which is never quite mixed up all the way/ clumpy- Edit: They are slipping a lot recentlly and have started putting gross flavors in it when I dont ask and there has been lots of ice chunks, the quality is a lot worse all of a sudden and the taste is horrible, you can't even taste the matcha.

The folks who work at our local Scooter's are always friendly, helpful when answering questions, and quick to fill orders. The baked goods are tasty -- today included cake bites, chocolate chip cookies, and a Caramelicious cupcake, and two Iced Caramelicious coffees.
