Kristy the general manger is amazing! Great at making conversation in the drive through and let me try the new kids sugar cookie this morning! Definitely like both Cedar Falls locations better than the Waterloo location! Only thing I hate is no more red bull infusions:( don’t go nearly as much as I used to! The girls working here at the CF location are so pleasant and friendly. The coffee was great, fast, and they are happy to personalize it. We moved to CF in November and at that time went to Starbucks a few times a week— but Scooters was right around the corner, so we tried them. Love the staff here, they always give our pups lil cups & they’re quick and friendly. Also feel the Scooters rewards system is the best! Staff is nice but the coffee keeps me away, unfortunately a smile can't fix terrible coffee. Treats aren't that bad however so if your meeting someone there, get something other than coffee and try some food XD Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

100% the best Scooters in the State. The staff were amazing and friendly and kind. The coffee was awesome too. My card was declined and they were so helpful, patient and kind when I was struggling to get my kids some hot chocolate treat. It really made my day and they are worth every kind word. My favorite drive thru coffee place! The staff is so kind and helpful, the drinks are made however you ask (I like flavor but not as much sweetness). The app is also SUPER convenient for payment and rewards and makes the experience that much quicker and easy. I would highly recommend this joint for a quick cup (try the white chocolate mocha blender)! Me and my pup are regulars!

You'd be better of licking the pavement. Every single time I come to this one (it's closest to the college I attend) my drink taste like trash. I visit scooters regularly and spend too much money, to be receiving such terrible and inconsistent service. And if you complain about the trash drinks they serve, they'll treat you like a crazy person. Save your money and your time and just go to the one on Viking Road. The Asian lady with the glasses has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered a bacon/egg wrap and that was less than ideal though. It consisted of some sort of "mash" instead of actual eggs and bacon and the taste was very bland. Coffee was fine, but I'll probably not be ordering food in the future.

The coffee was not the best and the breakfast food was notably poor (90% sure they just microwaved a gas station level breakfast burrito). The smoothies were good. I recommend continuing up 1st St and trying Sidecar Coffee or turning down Washington to Cottonwood Canyon instead.
