If you want to remember Dolly Parton Statue, come to this bar first. Eating perfectly cooked fillet steaks, sockeye salmon and wedge salads is a nice experience here. This is a nice upscale restaurant for the area. ALL of the food is amazing here! The service and atmosphere are awesome and cozy. It's upscale so expect to pay that type of price, but it was absolutely worth it. The menu changes with the seasons so every three months. Great selection of wine and drinks. The deserts were absolutely amazing Highly recommend eating here, but make a reservation. This was my first time coming here and it was a great experience. I think our server's name was Bradley (He said he was newer), but he knew what he was doing. Great customer service and had great conversations with our server. We had the lamb and beef meatball, elk, filet mignon, key lime pie, and cheesecake. The only thing I disliked was the meatballs, which I do not recommend. Everything else was out of this world. If you like a slightly sweeter cheesecake rather than tangy, this is for you, and the key lime pie was just perfect. The meats were all so tinder and delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really like the concept of cooking seasonal dishes! Unfortunately I thought the brunch fell a bit flat, but the three other people I was with loved it and we had great service. We really enjoyed the baked Brie and the biscuits. The breakfast potatoes were nice and crunchy, but the quiche and steak Benedict were nothing to write home about. Our wedding week has been wonderful, and finding this fine eatery tops the fun. We ran into the chef in the parking lot as we were looking for the Honeybee coffee shop. Not only did he escort us to the coffee shop, but he invited us back to Dinner, and told us of some of their succulent dishes. Super nice guy by the way. After coffee, we stopped back in to look over the menu. Wow...what offerings they have. Josh was very helpful in telling us about the main dishes. When we returned at 7:30p, we were greeted with a big smile by maiter d Debbie Brooks. She sat us at the bar until our table was ready. There we met Hannah the extremely funny and super knowledgeable bartender. She hand guided us to the Brie en route appetizer...phenomenal. She then recommended for me either the Elk chop or the Bison ribeye. I went with the Elk. All I can say is WOW! My fiancee went with the Chilean sea bass...again...Wow. Hands down one of my favorite places to eat a nice, high quality dinner. Hunter's platter (venison, lamb, duck), ribeye steak, and crab cakes were fantastic. Desert was bread pudding, chocolate mousse, and pumpkin cheesecake were absolute perfection. My family loves this place. The food was absolutely amazing. It was presented by several serves at once. It was as if we were VIP. Our server was the best we had during our visit. I mean the absolute best. My husband and I ate here twice on our wedding weekend. The restaurant is in an historic hotel in downtown Sevierville so it is gorgeous. The food was phenomenal and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered the elk chop and the Chilean sea bass the first evening. The elk was cooked perfectly and was very juicy and flavorful. The horseradish mashed potatoes it's served with were delicious. The sea bass was cooked to perfection and served with fennel orzo. The second night, we ordered the bolognese pasta and the bison steak. Again, both were flavorful and the bison was tender and succulent. We had the brie en croute appetizer both evenings and it was marvelous. The wait staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The assistant General Manager, Debbie, is extremely helpful and friendly and check in on our table both evenings. The brussel sprouts will always be my favorite thing from this restaurant 😊 ALL of the food is beautiful and AMAZING! we've never been disappointed here and the food they prepared for my small children (who are entirely too picky) was on point. The Fish Is always great the steaks are tender and juicy and their appetizers are just amazing! I recommend this restaurant to everyone! If you haven't eaten here before do yourself a favor and make a reservation or plans to go. You won't be disappointed! Love the ambiance of the restaurant. The staff and service is amazing. The food is delicious, and they also have a great cocktail menu. The menu changes with the “seasons” and currently the fall menu is outstanding — pumpkin bisque and fall ravioli are great choices. Handicapped accessible.
