They made someone's coffee, that was behind me in the queue, first and it seems like he was a regular. Did not say sorry or anything. Proceeded to say "No thats not your coffee, its his coffee!" this when I mistakenly thought it was mine being made first. I will never support them again. Long queues in the mornings. Slow service. Flat white double shot turned out to be a big cup of warm milk. As a barista myself I take it seriously to get customer orders correct, this was far from correct. You guys lost a customer today, very dissapointed. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person R 1–50

Ive came to this Seattle coffee and twice on two different occations they told me that their system is not working when i want to use me loyalty free points...the lady didnt even had a name tag on. Really disappointed Service Take out
