Much more expensive than Maharaja. The drinks are not refillable and it comes in a small jug for RM10. Mind you the jug was full with ice. We paid for 5 pax but the room was probably for 2 pax. Feel free to judge from the two pics below. A def 1-star. Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Shud change your front desk from Pika to anyone available. So sombong and arrogance. We immediately feel disconnect the moment we reach there after interact with her. When we came she said our bumber of pax have to wait more than 2 hours. But the people after us have 5 also, suddenly got place? Edit this after response from owner: no the customer did not paid first before us. We were there waiting and heard everything. We know what happened. Still doesnt change the fact that your customer service was so bad that we feel disconnected. Unlike Maharaja karaoke, they still keep a smiley face even after have to turned us down. Service: 1

One of my fav karaoke place. Reasonable price and awesome rooms. Been to Turkey and North Pole's room....love the sound system. Can bring own food, but their food are great too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We used 1st Class room for 3hrs. Experienced.with system jammed. Small leakage in the toilet. Ordered food have to walk out from the room. And the food came late, in fact they forgot to send my son's drink. Sighs! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The time waiting is not accurate. They ask to wait for 1 hour but end up waiting for 1.5hours to get into the room. The sounds echo not really good. They did not provide the disposable microphone cover. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Lagu last stop halfway sebab masa habis, usually other karaoke will let you finish your last song. New themed karaoke place. Every room has different countries vibe and decorations. Can bring your own foods, drinks & liquor. Tips: bring and give your own souvenirs fridge magnet and get 1 hour free. But the fridge magnet will be displayed at their place. Price per person RM 60–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm really satisfied, ad hoc plan on the same day to have birthday party. They managed to deco as requested. Sound system great. I recommend u gaiss. Raymond friendly too. Ok njoy!!!
