I love this place and visit when visiting Tampa. Shamrock's is a great bar and restaurant with excellent food — including the Caesar salad, meatloaf, Reuben, and veggie burger — and nice drink specials (weekdays from two to six). Wonderful service especially from April, Jaimie, and owner Eric, whom always treat me like a regular. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Not bad! Very run of the mill, but comforting in its common environment. The food is basic, but surprisingly different. Irish Cuban, mix and match sampler platter of ANY of the appetizers (and wings), buffalo chicken dip, potato skins. All classics in their own right . It's those little things that makes bar food GOOD bar food. They have Guinness. Yum. Any place that keeps Guinness on tap is already rated up there for me. The service and food are both goodl. Although tonight is the third time my husband has gone in to place an order for to go.amd they forgot an item ordered. They did not charge but still I expect the order to.be complete. If you don't have the item I understand bit at least inform us and offer somthing else. Next time I will have my husband have them repeat the order and check the bag before leavimg!

Great food and relaxed atmosphere. Just what I needed after a long day of travel. Service was great as well. The Shepherds Pie was well worth the trip as I scouted the menu online before I went.
