My experience at the Spar restaurant was somewhat disappointing. The service left much to be desired as we waited for the waitress for a long time, making the wait somewhat uncomfortable.
Furthermore, the food, particularly the chicken, was undercooked and cold, which negatively impacted the meal’s quality.
The restaurant was exceptionally crowded, contributing to a hectic and noisy atmosphere.
Another point to note is that we ordered drinks that took a considerable amount of time to arrive at our table.

Fast serving time compare to the others restaurants in Eswatini as my experience then. The service was good and the food was not bad. There is a playground for kids also. Although I didn't experience that, it seems like it is a good place to have whole family getting together having meal.
We waited for an hour for a table. When we eventually get a table, still no service. No one gives a damn about customer service. The motto on the wall is just for show. Pathetic service, pathetic waiters. Disgusting.

Arrived for breakfast at 10h15, ordered breakfast at 10h25 - from Leon. Table next to us, arrived slightly after us, ordered breakfast as well and had already paid before our food arrived.
Our food arrived, cold and incorrect.
In the interim, another table of Leon' came from outside complaining of no service.
The manager then managed to sort my wife's correct order, plated and warm.
Upon going to the front to settle the bill, there were two items my wife identified that we did not order, Leon promptly draws a line through and says it was cancelled "another waiter used his log in". I calculated the total and it was not cancelled - so not only no service, incorrect supply of order, cold food, no apology from Leon now we add being dishonest!! Nice play area for kids, but limited view of the play area when seated inside. Avarage service.

Decent food and small kid play area. However, service could be improved. The waitress was unable to answer some of our questions about certain menu items, and told us the restaurant doesn't have baby chairs which seems odd for a restaurant that caters to kids.
