Ordered my food and someone stole my order and they refused to remake it. I will no longer be spending my money with them again. This isn’t the first time I have had problems with this sheetz. I will never come back to this establishment again.

Store is usually pretty clean. Sometimes the bathrooms should be checked more often, but they get pretty busy at times. Usually a quick in and out. The employees are usually friendly.

My husband was waiting for two hotdogs !!!! I work at sheetz and he waited 20 mins for a hot dog because an incompetent employee was trained wrong he had to wait !!!!!!!! That is unacceptable every single customer that comes in and has to wait 20 minutes plus get some kind of comp for their wait he wasn’t even offered a meal card like y’all are suppose to y’all suck honestly and so unprofessional don’t get me started on the main manger or supervisors !!!

Lower gas prices than High Point, but their ATM doesn't work... it won't read cards. Fix it or get rid of it!

Excellent service my only complaint about this store is that the soft serve ice cream machine is down more frequently than it's working and that's not an exaggeration but other than that great place to do for everything you need all in one store

It's a very nice place to eat at n get milk shakes too. And had for your car to. I thank God for the nice stores that we get to walk into these days amen. John. G.

This is one of the better Sheetz stores. There are times when they are super busy and you can tell things need to be filled up and cleaned, but outside of those busy times it does seem to be kept orderly and sanitary. The food and coffees I’ve had from here have been good and they’ve made them quickly. You can use the app to order from home/car and they have it ready when you arrive. 3c off gas with card and points if you buy items inside. Friendly employees. Bathrooms are usually clean and they are several of them, unlike some stores which only have a couple stalls. They do a good job of keeping the line moving and getting orders out.

This is more than a gas station. The food is surprisingly good quality. I love being able to order on my phone and scan a barcode to pick it up. They have a great selection of healthy choices not normally available in convenience stores.

Too much automation. You order on computer. Food is OK and not expensive. I have no problems on a computer, but so many menu pages trying to get you to spend more and upgrade your meal. Just give me a burger.

Horrible. Manager basically called my wife a thief when she poured a fountain drink, tasted it, realized mix was off, poured out and filled with something drinkable. Manager said they didn't give refills and made us pay for 2 drinks! Called corporate and they done nothing. I don't shop there anymore and wish no one else would
