3rd shift really goes out of their way to make customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I felt like I was being watched the whole time I was in the store, even though I was just looking around. I had just gotten off work and was tired and kind of dirty, so maybe they thought I was another weirdo, but that doesn’t mean it’s ok to profile and stare and say things like “watch him and make sure he doesn’t steal anything” (yeah I heard you ROBERT). After being stared at while shopping, I get to the counter and the cashier, NICCO, can’t even speak except to say “what’s in the bag?”. What was in the bag was $20 worth of food I’d ordered through the app and had already payed for. But I guess he thought it was full of stolen merchandise. I reassured NICCO that I wasn’t stealing and his salty response was “No need to get so defensive!” Well, actually there is a need when you’re treating me like a thief. The last thing these 2 clowns said to me was that I was banned, but when I called the next day, the store manager said that’s not the case. Banned or not, I definitely won’t be back. I’ve called corporate about this as well, so hopefully some sort of disciplinary action is taken.

Great location but I noticed the handicapped stall in the men's bathroom has been out of order for longer than a year.

The bathrooms were super clean and everything was very nice and presentable. Good stop on the way home, they care about the cleaning here!

I use Sheetz every few days. I use curbside because I am handicapped and they do a great job with curbside

May be a convient stop, but when cashier attitudes or lack of attention keeps them from giving proper service then it is an issue....

perhaps a manager needs to pay more attention in the kitchen. The most disappointing hot dogs and curly fries we have ever experienced from a Sheetz. The buns were chewy and shriveled as if they had been filling the cup with crumbs all day and given us a wad of them. When I called and spoke to a crew member at that store all she could say was " I'm sorry." The slushy machine had very liquidy slushy mix in it and there were a couple of bathroom stalls at had no toilet paper. We travel this route frequently but have never experienced such poor quality

I love Sheetz there a little more expensive than others but 🥰. Gas, good food, and other items you may need. Good customer service, ummm well the car wash likes to eat your money 🤦🏾‍♀️. Be careful when getting gas sometimes there could be an error due to cashier. But overall good experiences. Oohhh and I freaking love the app and perks

Good store but the fancy coffee machines have been broken for over a week. A convenience store with no coffee, do better Sheetz.
