Been coming here for over 2 decades now and visited today after many years and it's honestly still so good! Simple yet cosy ambiance with good food. The complimentary bread basket is so yummy and fresh. The chicken cheese breast fillet is delicious and you get 2 pieces which is very filling. Soups still need some improvement. The first time I visited Shezan Restaurant and it was a really amazing experience, all the food we ordered was very delicious and mouthwatering, especially tottifruity ice cream was so delicious, very peaceful environment. Always a pleasant experience. The food is reasonably good, ambiance is fine but the best thing is their staff - aged and experienced. They haven't thrown out anyone. I came here after reading the reviews and some of them where like unhygienic washrooms and that review was 3 years old and went to the toilet it was unhygienic 100 percent like they don't care about the costumers reviews they have to consider their costumers problem for there own betterment. Now came to the food : The food is not good like below average they claim they are the most oldest restaurant in town and not reliable. The service : Totally bad service they haven't given us food on time and the people working are very bad like there clothes are dirty. The food service is very slow asked for water my child needed water and came after 10 minutes like they dont care the costumers need and asked multiple times for water. If i have the option to give them zero (0) stars would give them time waste money waste and bad behavior went to multiple restaurants this one is the worst from all. I've been going there for many years with family. There was a time I loved it because their menu is different and tasty and it comes with cole slaw and fries to compliment the menu item. Now a days its not as good as I felt it was because the quality is not as good. The ice cream quality is also not very good however I would still love to go there for old times sake.
