Ive ordered sausage and cheese kolaches TWICE and the first time they gave me ham and cheese instead of cancelling and the second time they gave me JALEPENO sausage and cheese. Again not what i paid for. Clearly someone is incompetent here. Best of luck getting what you order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When I go into a place of business, I feel that there should be some basic common courtesy from the people serving you. Like hello, how are you today? It seems most places like this treat you like they don't care about you. Then, they have the nerve to ask you to give them a tip for them just doing the basic job. No thanks, I will take my business somewhere else.

I just went there and asked for fresh donuts twice and these people gave me cold donuts after I specified I wanted warm fresh donuts... Please change the staff they are not good customer service candidates no courtesy at all I'm highly disappointed 😡

Ordered a 1/2 dozen kolaches for them to all be overcooked, hard on the ends/ bottom, cheese cooked out mostly, etc. I tried calling the store as I took these to work but no one would answer the line there. We ended up just throwing them out. I'm almost certain whatever worker picked these up could feel those rocks about to be served.

Ordered delivery from here, and they were out of coffee. What kind of donut shop is just completely out of coffee? Also the clerks/manager was adamant that we take a different drink in the place of the coffee rather than just refund the cost of the ordered coffees. I had to repeat myself about 4 times to please just refund the coffee as I didn't want any other drink. Very frustrating to deal with.

It’s difficult to go to any Shipley’s due to the language barriers...and although I gave this place 5 stars because they always tend to have hot donuts. They truly don’t understand that you shouldn’t serve donuts that were JUST made! I told the lady I want hot/warm donuts but not so hot that the icing comes off in the container. She vehemently shook her head ok. Obviously, the icing was at the bottom of the box anyways. So annoying.

Shipley's has fresh donuts and still has good prices. I think I got a mixed dozen for about $8
