8 times out of 10 it’s freshly made, today I had some older donuts and kolaches, a little stiff, maybe because I went at 8am and not earlier. Still like the place, nowhere’s perfect. Hope next time it’s freshly made.

Customer service there are horrible in the Drive-Thru. I never have been inside I always go through the drive-thru this has been several times now and I would not go back to that particular Shipley's again. It seems like every time I go the customer service is rude they don't never have fresh hot donuts and never have any napkins and if they do you always have to ask for them instead of them just putting it in your bag. Today's service was the worst the donuts was not fresh so my daughter asked for them to warm them up The Kolache was also not hot either. We asked to warm the donuts up they took a long time to come back to the window and when they did they still was not warm. She had an attitude because I asked her to warm them up. $2.50 for a bag of donut holes that look like this, are cold and don’t even taste fresh. Finally gave this place a try on my way to work and won’t be going back.

Around 2:55pm -3:00pm today January 5th I witnessed a tall guy sticking a utensil in a mixing bowl and tasting it and stuck it back in the bowl after taking it out of his mouth. I drove off! Customer's don't know where his mouth has been. Gross!!

It was okay. Customer services was great. When you look at their donuts they look big and delicious, but once you bite into them, the donut was mostly air and the kolaches were okay.
