I’ve been going to Shipley’s since I was a kid, all different locations. This one used to be good, but over the last year or so the recipe is different and not at all what a Shipley donut is usually like. They’re also always cold, regardless of what time I get them– early or later. Disappointed and won’t be coming back. Food: 2

This location is in The Woodlands, Texas near Conroe. The store is located in a strip mall. There is also indoor and outdoor seating. The donuts 🍩 are made fresh on location . There are many cake and other varieties. They also have decent coffee ☕️ as expected. The staff was friendly although I did have to wait awhile for decaf . I didn’t mind because I am happy to have fresh coffee. The glazed pumpkin 🎃 doughnut I ordered was fresh and tasty .

The lady taking our order was pushy and made everyone feel rushed compared to her coworkers who were friendly to others. When we got our donuts and apple fritters they were hard and tasted old the kolaches were ok and they strawberry energy drink was horrible tasted like powder and water definitely not worth the 3.99 I was charged. As long time shipleys fans I would have to say we all agreed then38$ would have been better spent at any other place personally may never go to this location again Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The woman working was very rude when asked about how large/small the kolaches are as we didn’t see them on the shelf. Then began to state “our kolaches are always the same size due to the ham”…uh, alright. I never was rude but said I was just checking so I knew how many to order as some places the size varies. She acted like this is the only donut store I could purchase from. I don’t even live near here and was just passing through. Won’t be back though! Customer service is key for me.

This Texas standby bakery shop has some of the freshest made kolaches, donuts and coffee in this area!

I work next door to Dunkin Donuts but I will always come to Shipley's. It is way better! The employees are always great.

Anytime for the best donuts fresh daily, catch them when they come out.the donuts are light, and have a variety of other donuts. The kalochies have more bread than sausage.

I have been coming to this Shipley's for about 5 years at least. I guess they have new owners but I am disappointed. The Kolache's have become more and more expensive and the size has gotten smaller and smaller. The lady at the window act confused all the time, like there is a language barrier. The girl helping her was rude.

Shipley's donuts, in a strip shopping center in the woodlands Texas north of Houston on i-45. The GPS takes you right to the front door. Clean friendly people a nice clean new parking lot and building. I've been here before and will go again. Everybody loves donuts don't they? I highly recommend this.
