Keisha, Amber, and Morgan rocked a Sunday lunch service in a way I’ve never seen. These ladies worked so hard to serve everyone quickly and were all so friendly. I had to tip them an extra $20 because they definitely all deserved it. Many props to the guys in the kitchen because the food was phenomenal as well. The Shrimp 🍤 Basket is my boyfriend’s and I favorite place to stop for a delicious 😋 lunch date! The food is always fresh and filling. The service is always so nice and relatable! Families are welcomed here and they also have a bar with cocktail specials for certain times or on certain days. Thanks for the great service and food! My boyfriend ordered a Whitefish and Shrimp basket to go with fries, hush puppies, corn bisques bites, and you can’t forget their delicious shrimp coleslaw which is my most favorite 🤩 Be sure to stop 🛑 by this location for a delicious meal that you won’t regret! Stopped in on a Friday night. We warmly greeted and immediately seated. The place looked tidy and clean. There were several patrons and families happily eating. Three of placed orders: boom boom tacos with regular fries sea bass with mango salsa on rice, crawfish poboy with sweet potato fries, bushwacker drink, tea, diet coke. We were served rather quickly. The boom boom tacos were delicious. The crawfish poboy was overloaded with crawfish but , hey, no complaints there!!! The sea bass was better than what I had at Morton's but it was a bit dry and needed more mango salsa. But the flavor was good. We enjoyed our meal. We highly recommend this location of the Shrimp Basket! Really good food, good service, clean restaurant with clean bathrooms. We are used to going the the Shrimp Basket in Gulf Shores so we expected the same product. Although the taste was the same the quantity was a bit lacking. We’ll be back bit we will order more food next time. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Haven't been here in a while and stopped back in. I usually get the shrimp and grits but decided to try something different so I got the blackened redfish with cream sauce. It was delicious! Was looking for boom boom shrimp for the wife and found The Shrimp Basket and came across a "gem" of a place. Walked in to a very clean restaurant, not terribly busy, with friendly and fast staff. They were very helpful in answering questions about the menu and food, giving good description and sizes for the food and plates and definitely helpful in making decisions. The wife had her boom boom shrimp which she absolutely loved, I'm not really a seafood fan so I went with the chicken fingers and potatoes. And I will tell you the potatoes definitely are off the chain! I could have ate a huge bowl full of them. Very tender, seasoned great, just a great little side dish. The chicken fingers we great as well and the wife loved her boom boom shrimp. We both we very impressed with The shrimp basket, from staff to atmosphere to the food! They Definitely make you feel welcomed, and take care of you while you are there. As a nice touch they have a bell next to the door to ring if you had good food, we heard the bell ring several times while we were there and we also rung it ourselves. What an amazing place. I am in town for business and wanted something local so I tried the shrimp basket, since I overhead someone saying it was great figured why not. I was not disappointed. Staff is amazing and the service was awesome. Starr the GM and Keisha my server were incredibly friendly. Keisha was so good she sold me on dessert that I definitely did not intend to order, but very glad I did. The food was terrific. Had the boom boom shrimp and a fried shrimp basket. Slice of key lime pie. Yum. Their hush puppies are amazing. If and or when I come back to gulf port you can bet I will eat there again. Thank you for making my night... From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you are surrounded by food, friends/family, and fellowship. I came in while on a trip and the Shrimp Basket came highly recommended! I walked in and was greeted like family. I felt so at home I came back for the second night in a row. Made my homesick, Cajun heart happy! Night 1: 1/2 shrimp platter with fried okra. So simple but oh so good! Kinsley's suggestion for the win! Night 2: cajun pasta with shrimp + chicken + broccoli (like Keshia suggested). So good! The staff is super awesome! Kinsley, Keshia, and Starr were all super helpful and fun to hang out with! 13/10 highly absolutely recommend! My Military Retired Fishing Buddies/Dear Friends & I went to the Shrimp Basket to eat dinner. This was our very first visit to this restaurant. We came down for a fishing excursion & relaxation. We order the seafood gumbo, fish basket, seafood platter & blackened red fish w/all the the sides that accompany the dishes. From the first taste of the gumbo, we knew we came to the right place. Andrew was an excellent server. He was very attentive, courteous & kind. The entire staff was very friendly. Everything taste so delicious, including all the sides ie coleslaw, hush puppies, fries, tartar sauce. They give you a lot. We also fell in love with the key lime pie. Great food & service.
